You got the HBS interview invitation, and now you have a short, fast-paced conversation with someone who has read your whole application. As your MBA admissions consultant, I'll help you walk in ready: sharp on your story, quick on your feet, and clear on why HBS. In three focused hours we'll tighten your core answers, run one timed mock interview that feels like the real thing, and outline the written reflection HBS asks for after your interview. Common coaching activities in this package include, but are not limited to: • Re-reading your application the way an HBS interviewer will, and listing the choices, gaps and decisions they're most likely to probe • Drafting and tightening your core answers: your story, why an MBA now, and why HBS • Practicing behavioral and "walk me through that decision" questions so you explain your reasoning, not just your results • Training for the pace: shorter answers, quick pivots, and calm responses to rapid follow-ups • Running a timed, recorded mock interview in the HBS format • Reviewing the recording with you, then re-drilling the two or three answers that need the most work • Preparing for unexpected questions without sounding rehearsed • Preparing the questions you'll ask your interviewer • Outlining your post-interview reflection so you can write it well inside the deadline How we'll work together: 1. Session 1 (60 minutes): we review your application, build your list of likely probe points, and work through your core answers. You revise them. 2. Session 2 (60 minutes): a timed, recorded mock interview, followed by a short debrief while it's fresh. 3. Session 3 (60 minutes): we review the recording, re-drill your weakest answers, finalize your questions for the interviewer, and outline your reflection. 4. After each session: I send a short written summary of what to keep and what to fix. I take a limited number of HBS interview clients each round so every session gets my full attention.
