Description
HBS asks for three short essays, so every sentence has to earn its place. If you're applying to Harvard Business School, I'll work with you on each essay from first idea to final draft so your application reads like one specific person instead of a list of accomplishments. As your MBA admissions consultant, I'll help you decide which stories belong in which essay, cut what repeats your resume and keep your voice in the final version. Common coaching activities in this package include, but are not limited to: • Choosing which experiences and stories go in each of the three essays so they don't overlap • Brainstorming and outlining each essay before you start drafting • Giving line-level edits on every draft and cutting filler to fit the word limits • Pressure-testing your career goals so they sound specific and believable to a reader who has seen thousands of them • Checking that your essays are consistent with your resume and the rest of your application • Deciding whether you need the optional additional information section, and drafting it if you do • Reading all three essays together as a set for balance, tone and repetition • Proofreading the final versions How we'll work together: 1. Live strategy session: we go through your background and map your strongest stories to the three essays. 2. You draft each essay and send it to me. I return line-level comments and we revise. 3. Live working session on whichever essay is giving you the most trouble. 4. Final read of all three essays as a set, then a last polish. Send me your resume and a list of the stories you're considering and we'll start with the strongest ones.

HBS ‘28 | I’ll help you tell your story the way admissions wants to hear it
Welcome to my profile! I’m a current MBA student at Harvard Business School (Class of 2028), and my path here was anything but linear. I studied engineering at a public university in Spain, moved into venture capital, and then spent 4 years at Bain & Company in Spain and the US. Along the way I had to figure out how to explain those jumps across countries and languages, so I know firsthand how tricky it can be to turn a non-traditional profile into a story that clicks with admissions committees. I’ve coached several applicants on their essays and application strategy, and all of them landed offers at M7 US MBA programs, including HBS and Wharton. I love working with anyone with a great story to tell - I can especially relate to international applicants, engineers and career switchers, but I’m happy to help anyone motivated to land a spot at their dream school.
