I’m an AI implementation strategist and former operator with experience helping founders, executives, and teams identify high-impact AI use cases, redesign workflows, and turn business knowledge into practical AI systems. Through Krym Studio, I build workspaces, AI assistants, rules-based workflows, validation processes, and knowledge systems for marketing, research, client operations, and executive decision-making. My work covers AI strategy, adoption, governance, workflow design, team enablement, and implementation. Before founding Krym Studio, I spent more than 20 years building and scaling platform businesses across AI, data, digital media, and Latin America. I led Waze LATAM from launch to 15 million users across six markets and later led product strategy and go-to-market execution for a personal AI platform that scaled to 140,000 daily active users. As a coach, I help professionals and business leaders move from broad AI interest to a clear plan: selecting the right use cases, defining an AI roadmap, structuring the knowledge and rules the system needs, managing adoption, and deciding what should be automated, assisted, or left to human judgment. My approach is practical, business-led, and grounded in real implementation experience.

The goal of an AI workshop or hackathon should not be to spend a day talking about AI. People should use it on work they recognize, build something, and leave with a better sense of what is possible. I recently worked with an operations team that built a support email agent in three days. It triaged customer emails and routed the work into Asana. They left with something they could use, but more importantly, they left thinking differently about what else they could build. I am a solutions partner for Lovable, Lindy AI, and Emergent. Those tools make it possible for non-technical teams to go from an idea to working software during the session. I am a senior AI product manager at Natera leading the service transformation of our biotechnology company. I manage 3 teams and a 10 million transformation budget on top of profitable AI products.

I have designed and implemented bespoke AI automation solutions for businesses ranging from sole proprietors to Disney and Goldman Sachs. I started my career doing applied AI research at a NYC VC firm, studying how LLMs could solve real business challenges. I even launched a startup, raised a seed round, and hired a CEO. I then moved into strategy consulting at LEK Consulting, working across a wide breadth of challenges— cost reduction for equipment manufacturers, sales expansion for cybersecurity software, new product launches for SMBs, marketing strategy for consumer services companies, and everything in between. Since then, I've worked in Product and Operations at two different AI companies, backed by investors like Y Combinator and Insight Partners, building agentic systems to automate processes for companies of all sizes.

I have guided many clients through application processes and they ultimately landed a new job. Their skillset was decisive for being the most attractive candidate. Today I am convinced that industry specific AI skills would have allowed my clients to have more job choices or to obtain a better offer.
