Work with Gregg
About
I work with executives, business owners, and professionals who are carrying a lot of responsibility and want to handle it better—at work and in the rest of their lives. You might be stepping into a bigger role, struggling with a working relationship, or finding that pressure is affecting your decisions and how you communicate. You might also be doing well professionally while your health, relationships, and personal interests keep getting whatever time is left. These are the kinds of situations I help people work through. I bring more than 20 years of experience in human performance, leadership, communication, and sales, including my work with professionals through BetterUp and my practice, Warrior Mind Coach. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with a background in business and enterprise sales. I understand the demands of producing results, managing relationships, and being accountable when things don’t go as planned. Our work starts with what’s happening in your life and what you want to change. We look at the decisions, habits, expectations, and beliefs that influence how you respond. Then we put that understanding to work in situations you actually face: a difficult conversation, a setback, competing priorities, or a decision you’ve been putting off. Depending on your needs, we may focus on communicating more clearly, handling conflict, rebuilding confidence, following through on meaningful goals, or deciding where your time and effort should go. We also consider your whole life. Your health, family, finances, friendships, and interests deserve a place in the conversation. They affect how you show up at work, and your work affects them. My style is direct, practical, and supportive. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions that help you see things differently, and challenge you when your actions aren’t lining up with what you say matters. Together, we’ll agree on steps you can take and review what happens when you take them. If you’re facing a specific challenge or know something needs to change but haven’t quite put your finger on it, let’s chat. Bring what you’re dealing with, and we’ll talk about whether I’m the right person to help.

Gregg has helped clients get into these companies:
For more than two decades I have worked at the intersection of human performance, decision-making, and high-pressure business environments. My background includes enterprise sales leadership, executive coaching, and performance consulting with professionals operating inside rapidly evolving technology markets. As artificial intelligence reshapes how organizations operate, the biggest challenge many leaders face is not the technology itself—it’s how to think clearly, make strategic decisions, and adapt their teams to a new operating reality. My coaching in AI Strategy & Transformation focuses on helping leaders and professionals navigate that shift with clarity and structure. Rather than focusing purely on tools, I work with clients on strategic thinking, performance under pressure, and decision frameworks that allow them to integrate AI into their work while maintaining focus, judgment, and long-term effectiveness. This combination of business experience, executive coaching, and performance psychology allows me to help clients move beyond hype and build practical strategies for operating successfully in an AI-driven environment.

Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how easy it is to work hard, meet your obligations, and still find yourself living in ways you didn’t consciously choose. In my own life, I had to take a harder look at the part I was playing in my results. My decisions. My habits. The explanations I kept giving myself for why certain things weren’t changing. Taking responsibility gave me something I could work with, even when the circumstances were difficult. That experience still shapes how I work with people. I enjoy the moment when someone sees something they hadn’t noticed before—a belief they’ve treated as a fact, a pattern they keep repeating, or an expectation they no longer want to live by. But what matters most to me is what they do afterward. Having the conversation they’ve avoided. Making a decision they can stand behind. Following through when it would be easier to fall back into an old habit. I’m drawn to working with capable people who are used to figuring things out themselves. They often carry more than others realize, and they don’t always have someone they can speak openly with who will also challenge their thinking. I want to be useful to those people. To help them handle their responsibilities well, make room for what they value, and have more say in the life they’re building.
