I teach the method that got me the highest mark on every McKinsey interview dimension, a result my interviewer called extremely rare. For cases, it is a procedure for thinking on your feet, whatever the prompt. For PEI, it is a story structure built to the interviewer’s evaluation form, so every criterion is covered. Today I have a large network of former students working across firms and offices. My coaching style differs from other coaches in three ways. 1. Efficient: you improve immediately, whatever level you start from 2. Direct and interactive: sessions run at McKinsey’s communication standard. You solve the case out loud. I prompt you to think and redirect you the moment you go off track, so the correction lands where the mistake happens. By the end we have solved it together. I push you to think rather than give you the answer or generic advice, because the thinking has to become yours 3. Practical and specific to you: advice you can act on, plus homework between sessions Other coaches may give you hope. Working with me gets you the offer.

Most case coaching teaches you tricks. I teach you how to think. The method got me the highest score on every dimension in my McKinsey interviews. Now it is what I teach. Frameworks are easy to memorize, and interviewers can tell. The candidates who get offers already think like consultants: they structure ambiguity on the fly, pressure test their own logic, and tell a personal story that lands. I specialize in what most coaches underserve. 1) PEI that feels real. 2) Case thinking that holds on a problem you have never seen. No canned frameworks. No tricks that collapse the moment an interviewer goes off script. Between sessions: homework, PEI and resume rewrites back in 48 hours, introductions to former students at the firms you target. I work with candidates who are serious about leveling up, not looking for shortcuts. Whether you're struggling to make your PEI stories compelling, hitting a wall on case math, or blanking when a case goes somewhere unexpected, I'll help you build the muscle, not just the motions.

Why do I coach?
I remember the frustration. Months of prep, most of the materials on the market, a long list of coaches, and I still froze the moment a case went off script. What changed it was not another course. A friend, then an associate partner at Bain, sat down with me and showed me how a consultant actually thinks through a problem. I took that further and built my own method, and it worked. I did not plan to coach. Another friend preparing for McKinsey asked to borrow my notes and got the offer. That friend’s friends asked next. Somewhere in there I understood what the friend at Bain had given me: their time when I was stuck, and it changed the result. That is why I coach. I do the same for you.
