Live 1:1 sessions over video. I come prepared, having read your deck, resume, or materials ahead of time, so our time goes to the hard questions. I'm direct: you'll hear what an investor or hiring partner would think but not say. The aim is that you walk away able to do this yourself.
- A clear read on how investors and hiring partners will see you, and what to change first
- A sharpened story and positioning: your pitch narrative or your VC candidate story
- A concrete action plan: a fundraising roadmap and investor target list, or a VC recruiting and networking plan

Mehron S.
VC Partner by 24. I'll show you how funds actually decide.
I started in institutional capital at Hall Capital Partners, then moved into venture at 7BC Venture Capital, where I rose the ranks, became one of the youngest partners in the world, and led the Silicon Valley investment team. Along the way I built a startup fundraising business across four countries and exited in 2024. Today I run Inside Round, working with pre-seed through Series A founders on the part of fundraising most people skip: the narrative, the positioning, and the strategy that come before the deck. Beforehand, I built my third company which raised $11M at a $100M valuation. I also mentor founders through Techstars and Alchemist. I've sat in the partner meeting and I've been the founder pitching into it. That's what I bring to every session: how investors actually think, where your story loses them, and what it takes to get to yes.
