My journey in finance began at UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst, where I advised on high-profile transactions, including multi-billion dollar acquisitions and IPOs in the TMT group covering enterprise software, media, entertainment, and sports. I hold a Master's of Finance from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management, where I was actively involved in investment and finance clubs. My background as a collegiate athlete has instilled in me a strong work ethic and leadership skills, which I bring to my coaching. I started in PE in 2021 at Sverica Capital, focusing on LMM growth buyouts with founders. I closed one deal while there - small, growing SaaS company with tons of value creation opportunities. Then, I moved over to Vector Capital in 2022, where I closed two more deals (cybersecurity and network monitoring, respectively) and had deep portco experience across corporate finance, strategy, and debt reporting / refinancing.
