Beat the HireVue: Video Interviews for Bulge Bracket Banks

HireVue-style video interviews have become a standard early screen for bulge bracket investment banking recruiting, and they catch a lot of candidates off guard. There's no interviewer in the room, just a camera, a timer, and one chance to answer before the window closes, which makes practiced answers suddenly feel stiff and rehearsed. In 45 minutes, Jonathan will walk through how these screens are actually scored, where candidates lose points without realizing it, and how to practice so your answers sound natural on camera instead of memorized. Bring a question about your own recording setup or a specific prompt you're stuck on.
