I am a Real Estate Private Equity and Asset Management professional with a comprehensive 360º view of the property lifecycle. I currently serve as Manager, Asset Management at Greystar, overseeing a €800M portfolio that includes pioneering Flex Living and PBSA platforms. Prior to Greystar, I developed my expertise across capital markets, investment analysis, acquisitions, and development advisory at leading international firms including Savills and EY. Outside of my corporate role, I am deeply committed to education. As a Dual Bachelor's alumnus of IE University, I founded the university's Real Estate Club and later returned as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance, where I received the Award for Teaching Excellence. Additionally, I hold a RICS-accredited MSc in Real Estate Investment Finance from Oxford Brookes University and stay connected to the industry's future through the ULI Spain Young Leaders executive committee and Nova Talent. Having reviewed hundreds of profiles, interviewed candidates, and built my own career from the ground up, I understand exactly what top-tier firms look for. After two years in management consulting, I joined Tower Arch Capital where I've learned what makes the difference for successful candidates breaking in private equity. When recruiting for PE, I found that most of the resources out there were catered to investment bankers. I aim to help applicants understand the process and master the skills necessary to land an offer and be successful in private equity. My private equity experience is hands-on, not adjacent: I worked at a distressed PE firm during my MBA and spent seven years at Citi in EMEA, reaching AVP, building the financial and analytical foundation PE recruiters test for. I've also sat through a real M&A transaction from the integration side at Accenture, so I understand deals as they actually play out, not just as case studies. I coach the full breaking-in process — story, technicals, and the modelling-and-judgment combination PE interviews demand — with direct, no-fluff feedback from someone who's lived the work.

I successfully recruited into PE with multiple offers coming out of Goldman Sachs and joined THL. I then moved to a crossover software fund where I did PE & Hedge Fund style investments. I have successfully mentored over 300 professionals and students on IB, PE, and HF recruiting. I also designed a course that teaches the PE recruiting process from start to finish. Based on my extensive experience in private equity and investment banking at top-tier firms such as H.I.G. Capital, Warburg Pincus and J.P. Morgan, I'm highly qualified to coach individuals on private equity recruiting. In addition to technical expertise, my experience in mentoring and coaching others has also equipped me with the skills to guide aspiring private equity professionals through the recruiting process. My ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, as well as my strong network within the industry, can be invaluable in helping individuals navigate the often-challenging landscape of private equity recruiting. With my guidance and support, aspiring private equity professionals can develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in this highly competitive industry.

Alpine CIT Class of 2021 alum! Since then, I’ve helped many applicants navigate the Alpine interview process through mock interviews, strategy sessions, and candid feedback - several have gone on to receive offers from Alpine and other CXO programs. The Alpine and Shore Capital interviews are a unique “deep dive” experience, so please note that I am not the best fit for traditional PE Ops' consulting-style case prep.

I worked at L Catterton as an investment associate in its Flagship Buyout Fund from 2018 - 2020, working on deals such as Cholula, FYI Doctors, and the Honest Co. Since LCAT, I also worked with Patrick Curtis at Wall Street Oasis to create their inaugural PE Associate Course, designed to train incoming PE associates at megafunds and middle-market shops alike. I have formally mentored investment bankers looking to break into PE via Wall Street Oasis, and informally worked with other friends from Hamilton or Citi. I have worked in consumer and retail for 6+ years and can specifically help with any industry questions. I will also train you to perfect technical questions and can leverage my WSO course materials to help fill any other knowledge gaps, be it about the industry, the roles and responsibilities of a PE associate, or the types of candidates that these firms look for.

I’ve worked in the private equity industry over 6 years, leading end-to-end deal processes at a middle market firm. I’ve sourced and diligenced deals, sat on boards, and partnered with founders post-close to drive growth and operational improvements. Before that, I worked at a high-growth startup, which gives me a unique operator-investor lens that many in PE don’t have. I coach because I know firsthand how hard it can be to break into (or advance within) private equity — especially without the “standard” background. I previously worked as Vice President for a middle-market private equity firm making $50 million equity investments per deal, targeting software and technology companies. Before private equity, I worked in investment banking, representing founders in sell-side M&A transactions.
