Work with Nicole

About

I work with professionals, leaders, and business owners who are navigating change, stepping into bigger responsibilities, or trying to turn ambitious goals into meaningful results. Over the past 20+ years, I've worked across consulting and corporate leadership, including Deloitte, Accenture, Booz Allen, and Cox Automotive. I've led large teams, managed complex transformations, helped organizations improve how they operate, and coached professionals through career transitions and leadership challenges. Today, I bring that experience to coaching across four areas: - Leadership: Building confidence, executive presence, strategic judgment, and the ability to navigate organizational dynamics. - Career Growth & Transitions: Preparing for promotions, moving into new roles, exploring career pivots, or redefining what professional success looks like. - Business Strategy & Operations: Turning strategy into action, solving operational challenges, and leading organizational change. - AI & Transformation: Helping professionals and leaders understand AI, identify practical opportunities, and guide meaningful change in their teams or organizations. What working with me is like I'm a practical, thoughtful, and candid coach. I'll ask questions that help you see things differently, but I won't leave you to figure everything out on your own. When it's helpful, I'll share frameworks, lessons from my own experience, and practical approaches you can apply immediately. Our sessions are collaborative and tailored to what you're navigating. We might work through a difficult leadership decision, prepare for an important conversation, examine a business challenge, or develop a plan for your next career move. My goal is to help you leave with greater clarity, stronger judgment, and the confidence to move forward on your own terms.

Nicole’s AI Services Qualifications

Experience level: Associate

Whether you're building your AI skills, looking for practical ways to apply AI in your daily work, or responsible for leading AI adoption across a team or organization, I help professionals move from curiosity and uncertainty to confident, effective application. My focus is on helping you understand what AI can realistically do, identify where it can improve your work, and develop the judgment to use it effectively, responsibly, and with measurable results. I'm the founder of NRM Strategy, where I advise executives and leadership teams on AI-enabled value creation, business transformation, workflow redesign, operating models, and organizational change. My current work includes advising a private equity-backed business on AI opportunities across customer care, sales effectiveness, and marketing; designing and testing AI-enabled customer engagement and outreach workflows; and leading proof-of-concept initiatives involving opportunity prioritization, workflow redesign, governance, measurement, and adoption planning. I've also designed AI-enabled operating workflows for a talent development and coaching business, integrating client intake, enrollment, coaching administration, content delivery, and operational processes. Through executive education, workshops, and coaching, I help professionals connect AI capabilities to practical improvements in how they work and lead. I bring more than 20 years of experience across business strategy, operations, executive leadership, and management consulting, including Cox Automotive, Accenture, Deloitte, and Booz Allen Hamilton. At Cox Automotive, I developed and executed enterprise AI strategies, including generative AI and intelligent automation initiatives that reduced implementation time by 15%. Across my career, I've led organizations of up to 85 people, delivered more than $14 million in measurable business outcomes through customer experience and technology transformation, and guided complex technology and organizational changes. My consulting background includes large-scale operational transformation, customer innovation, and workforce capability development. My approach starts with your actual work, not a list of AI tools. For individual professionals, that might mean learning how to use AI for research, analysis, communication, problem-solving, or repetitive tasks while developing the critical thinking needed to evaluate its outputs. For managers and functional leaders, it may involve identifying opportunities to improve team performance, strengthening AI adoption, redesigning workflows, or preparing recommendations for senior leadership. For executives and transformation leaders, it can extend to AI strategy, business cases, governance, organizational design, and measuring the value of AI investments. I take a practical, human-first approach that recognizes both AI's potential and its limitations. That includes understanding when human judgment is essential, accounting for oversight and rework, and distinguishing genuine productivity or performance improvements from activity that doesn't create meaningful value. Whether your goal is to become more AI-confident, use AI to do your job better, strengthen your professional competitiveness, help your team work more effectively, or successfully lead an AI initiative, our work will focus on building relevant skills, applying them to real challenges, and developing practical solutions you can put to use immediately.

Why do I coach?

I've spent much of my career helping organizations solve complex problems, but some of the work I've found most meaningful has been helping people grow. I've had the opportunity to mentor and coach professionals as they moved into leadership roles, navigated difficult situations, made career decisions, and discovered capabilities they hadn't fully recognized in themselves. Seeing someone develop the confidence and judgment to take on something they previously thought was out of reach has always been incredibly rewarding. I've also experienced firsthand how demanding professional life can become. I've navigated organizational politics, major transformations, difficult leadership decisions, and the pressure to keep achieving even when the definition of success no longer feels quite right. Those experiences shaped how I coach. I don't believe there's one right path to success, and I'm not interested in giving people generic advice or telling them who they should become. I believe good coaching creates space to think more clearly, challenge assumptions, explore possibilities, and make decisions that reflect both your ambitions and your values. Sometimes that means helping someone step into a bigger role. Sometimes it means navigating a difficult change, building a new capability, or realizing that what they want next looks different from what they wanted five years ago. I coach because I love helping people see possibilities, make thoughtful decisions, and build the skills and confidence to create meaningful change in their work and lives.
