Become the AI Leader Your Organization Needs
AI is changing how work gets done and what organizations expect from their people. But knowing how to use AI tools is different from knowing where AI can make a difference, how to introduce it effectively, and how to lead others through the change. This coaching package is designed for professionals, managers, and emerging leaders who want to build practical AI competency, identify opportunities within their function, and develop the confidence and capabilities to champion or lead AI initiatives. We'll work together to: - Build your AI foundation: Understand generative AI, automation, AI agents, their practical applications, and the limitations and risks that matter at work. - Apply AI to your responsibilities: Explore how AI can improve research, analysis, communication, problem-solving, decision support, and workflows relevant to your role. - Identify meaningful opportunities: Examine where work is slow, repetitive, fragmented, or difficult, and determine where AI could make a measurable difference. - Evaluate and prioritize opportunities: Assess potential benefits, implementation effort, data readiness, quality, human oversight, risks, and how success should be measured. - Build your leadership credibility: Learn to communicate opportunities in business terms, make persuasive recommendations, address concerns, and earn stakeholder support. - Lead AI-enabled change: Develop practical approaches to organizing a pilot, engaging stakeholders, defining responsibilities, managing resistance, supporting adoption, and evaluating results. Sessions are tailored to your experience, function, and professional goals. Whether you're preparing to champion your first AI opportunity or already responsible for moving an initiative forward, you'll work on real challenges and build capabilities you can apply independently.
What's included
We'll work through your specific goals and workplace challenges in live, one-on-one coaching sessions. I combine practical AI education, strategic thought partnership, real-world examples, and guided exercises. Between sessions, you may apply what you've learned to a situation in your own role, with subsequent sessions focused on reviewing progress, working through obstacles, and refining your approach. The goal is to build capabilities you can continue using independently, not create dependence on a coach.

Nicole M.
Ex-Cox VP | Make AI Work for You, Your Team or Your Business
I work with professionals, leaders, and business owners who are navigating change, stepping into bigger responsibilities, or trying to turn ambitious goals into meaningful results. Over the past 20+ years, I've worked across consulting and corporate leadership, including Deloitte, Accenture, Booz Allen, and Cox Automotive. I've led large teams, managed complex transformations, helped organizations improve how they operate, and coached professionals through career transitions and leadership challenges. Today, I bring that experience to coaching across four areas: - Leadership: Building confidence, executive presence, strategic judgment, and the ability to navigate organizational dynamics. - Career Growth & Transitions: Preparing for promotions, moving into new roles, exploring career pivots, or redefining what professional success looks like. - Business Strategy & Operations: Turning strategy into action, solving operational challenges, and leading organizational change. - AI & Transformation: Helping professionals and leaders understand AI, identify practical opportunities, and guide meaningful change in their teams or organizations. What working with me is like I'm a practical, thoughtful, and candid coach. I'll ask questions that help you see things differently, but I won't leave you to figure everything out on your own. When it's helpful, I'll share frameworks, lessons from my own experience, and practical approaches you can apply immediately. Our sessions are collaborative and tailored to what you're navigating. We might work through a difficult leadership decision, prepare for an important conversation, examine a business challenge, or develop a plan for your next career move. My goal is to help you leave with greater clarity, stronger judgment, and the confidence to move forward on your own terms.
