I completed my MBA at UC Berkeley, and more importantly, I’ve seen how the degree actually plays out in the real world. In my career across private equity, venture building, and now advising founder-led businesses, I’ve seen what the MBA unlocks and where it falls short if not approached intentionally. Hello! I'm Sathvika, a recent graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (Class of 2024) - and it was the time of my life. I'm Ryan, a former musician turned consultant turned Duke Fuqua MBA, now working in finance at State Street in Boston. My journey to business school was driven by a mission to leave communities better than I found them—through work in climate/sustainability, impact investing, and international development.
