I'm a Harvard Business School MBA with a Northwestern undergrad degree in journalism. In my 10 years of MBA admissions work, I've coached clients who have been accepted at all M7 schools and they have earned more than $2 million in merit scholarships. I absolutely love helping applicants uncover their unique differentiators, which we all have but often people don't know how to identify them. I've worked with hundreds of applicants on every aspect of MBA applications from school selection to essays to interviews. I hold a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, an MPhil in Development Economics from Jesus College, University of Cambridge, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. As a non-traditional candidate, I became a diplomat at just 25 and served in five High Commissions and Embassies, giving me a unique perspective on navigating the admissions process outside the traditional MBA applicant pool. Over the years, I have mentored numerous aspiring MBA candidates, guiding them through every step of the process, from crafting outstanding applications to excelling in interviews. I'm a second-time immigrant and former IDF intelligence officer. I studied EE & CS at Tel Aviv University, then spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, growing from software engineer to Senior Manager of Product. As an IESE Business School and Imperial College London alumni (scoring in Top 10% of my classes, respectively), my MBA coaching journey began in 2020 after my experience at Harvard Business School’s Summer Venture in Management program, where I coached ambitious undergrads through their Deferred MBA Programs, securing admits from: MIT Sloan, Yale SOM, HBS 2+2, and Moelis Advance Access for Wharton. Since 2020, I have cultivated an MBA/MiM/Master coaching toolkit that encompasses: goals-first, logic-first, culture-fit first sense of executive and corporate storytelling for the M7 universities in the United States and for the top executive programs in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and greater-Asia. Now, I coach a selective clientele all over the world, with recent success stories involving international admits to UChicago Booth (with 60% scholarship), most notably. I have been interviewing candidates as a Kellogg alum since 1993. I recruited Executive MBA candidates for Kellogg throughout Latin America and ran information sessions on the fulltime program while a Kellogg director. Later, I worked several years at two of the larger players in the MBA admissions consulting industry before deciding to offer the same services independently. Clients love my authenticity, enthusiasm, and sense of humor. But while a confessed porphyrophile, I have also helped clients get into a wide range of Top Twenty programs, including the M7.

I hold an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where I experienced both the transformative power of the programme and the rigour of the admissions process. Since graduating, I built a decade-long track record in senior leadership at Amazon, Uber, Sylvera, and Morgan Stanley — giving me genuine insight into the career trajectories, pivots, and challenges that MBA applicants and graduates navigate. Today I work as a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach, with advanced training in organisational psychology from the NHS Tavistock Clinic and direct coaching experience guiding senior leaders and MBA students through INSEAD's flagship Personal Leadership Development Programme. I bring both the strategic rigour of a top business school education and the psychological depth to help you clarify your story, sharpen your positioning, and unlock what makes you genuinely distinctive — whether you're crafting your application or plotting your next career move.
