I bring a unique perspective to college and MBA admissions coaching because I’ve experienced the process from both sides, as an advisor and as an applicant. After graduating from undergrad, I worked at the business school at UCLA in student affairs, where I collaborated closely with admissions and supported prospective students through their journey. I had the opportunity to coach applicants, answer their questions honestly, and help them understand what admissions committees are truly looking for. I also served on my undergraduate alma mater’s admissions committee, where I reviewed applications and essays, giving me direct insight into how candidates are evaluated. After going through the MBA application process myself, I realized how valuable genuine, strategic guidance is. Too often, applicants receive vague advice, especially when networking, and it can be difficult to know how to stand out while still being authentic. That’s why my approach is rooted in honesty and clarity. I help applicants connect the dots between their experiences, their goals, and their story in a way that feels true to who they are. My goal is not to help you become who you think admissions wants but to help you present the strongest, most authentic version of yourself. Drawing on 20 years of MBA admissions advisory experience and my work partnering with C-suite and executive leaders at corporate and private equity-backed companies to build their teams, I have a rare perspective on how elite institutions and senior decision-makers assess talent. Since 2006, I've advised 750+ clients across 45 countries, including professionals from PE/VC, tech, consulting, social impact, the arts, the military, and entrepreneurship. My work is rooted in the belief that the strongest candidates are not simply applying to business school. They are preparing for the next stage of leadership. I graduated from Harvard Business School and have 10+ years of coaching experience. I have helped numerous clients get into Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and M7 as well as land jobs in banking & investing. I previously worked for the University of Michigan career center helping students apply for investment banking jobs and have reviewed hundreds of resumes, cover letters and mock interviews. I have also spent many years working with non-profits such as Synergist to mentor college women interested in business and finance and Minds Matter to help first-generation high school students apply to college. I take a hands-on approach and strive to help every one of my clients reflect their best true potential.

I’m a Harvard MBA and Fulbright Scholar, and I was also accepted to Stanford GSB, MIT Sloan, Columbia, and Yale SOM, and was a Gates Cambridge and Yenching Academy finalist. I’ve spent much of my life searching for meaning and purpose, from Wall Street to the U.S. Army, to NGOs and humanitarian aid, and development finance across East Africa and conflict-affected regions of the Middle East.
