As a former admissions advisor at MIT, I have firsthand knowledge of evaluating and interviewing candidates. My role as an MBA Admissions Counselor at Stratus Admissions Counseling has allowed me to coach over 100 candidates on application strategy, school selection, and interview preparation, earning top reviews on Poets&Quants and GMAT Club. I graduated from Harvard Business School and have 10+ years of coaching experience. I have helped numerous clients get into Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and M7 as well as land jobs in banking & investing. I previously worked for the University of Michigan career center helping students apply for investment banking jobs and have reviewed hundreds of resumes, cover letters and mock interviews. I have also spent many years working with non-profits such as Synergist to mentor college women interested in business and finance and Minds Matter to help first-generation high school students apply to college. I take a hands-on approach and strive to help every one of my clients reflect their best true potential.

I'm currently a Stanford MBA (where I'm the Student Body Co-President), and have 5+years of college admissions coaching experience. Before GSB, I spent time as a teacher (focusing on essay writing and story telling) and as a management consultant. Over the years working in admissions consulting, I have helped students based in the US, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore successfully apply to school. After graduating from undergrad, I worked at the business school at UCLA in student affairs, where I collaborated closely with admissions and supported prospective students through their journey. I had the opportunity to coach applicants, answer their questions honestly, and help them understand what admissions committees are truly looking for. I also served on my undergraduate alma mater’s admissions committee, where I reviewed applications and essays, giving me direct insight into how candidates are evaluated. After going through the MBA application process myself, I realized how valuable genuine, strategic guidance is. In my coaching career, I have assisted 100+ candidates applying to business schools (mostly M7 but have experience across most T20) and provided coaching on school selection, resume reviews, essay storylining and brainstorming, as well as interview preparation.
