About
I coach emerging leaders and career changers who want greater clarity and direction as they navigate meaningful professional growth and change. My approach combines intellectual curiosity, thoughtful inquiry, and a strong commitment to ICF coaching competencies and ethics. I bring extensive experience in coaching and professional development, complemented by a background in career services, advising, and employer engagement. I won’t prescribe your path. Instead, I’ll challenge your thinking, listen deeply, and create space for you to examine assumptions, discover possibilities, and determine what moving forward means for you.

100+ Career Coaching clients
My experience spans more than a decade in career and people development, 500+ documented coaching hours, and six years of management. At Yeshiva University, I coached approximately 30 business students each week; at Schwarzman Scholars, I developed global recruitment relationships with organizations including the UN, BCG, and McKinsey. Today, I lead employer engagement at CUNY John Jay and coach professionals through MTG Development Group. Alongside a completed ICF-accredited Level 2 coaching program and Hogan assessment certification, that experience informs how I help clients understand their strengths, communicate their value, and navigate career decisions. Whether you're exploring a new direction, preparing for interviews, or pursuing greater responsibility, expect thoughtful questions, honest feedback, and practical next steps shaped around your goals.

Why do I coach?
I was drawn to coaching because I wanted to help people find their own way rather than simply tell them which way to go. The moments I value most are when a difficult question creates a pause, and the answer that follows is something a client may never have said aloud before. That kind of discovery can change how someone understands themselves, their choices, and what is possible. At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: people are capable of more than they have convinced themselves they are capable of.
