My approach combines intellectual curiosity, thoughtful inquiry, and a strong commitment to ICF coaching competencies and ethics. I bring extensive experience in coaching and professional development, complemented by a background in career services, advising, and employer engagement. I won’t prescribe your path. Instead, I’ll challenge your thinking, listen deeply, and create space for you to examine assumptions, discover possibilities, and determine what moving forward means for you.

My experience spans more than a decade in career and people development, 500+ documented coaching hours, and six years of management. At Yeshiva University, I coached approximately 30 business students each week; at Schwarzman Scholars, I developed global recruitment relationships with organizations including the UN, BCG, and McKinsey. Today, I lead employer engagement at CUNY John Jay and coach professionals through MTG Development Group. Alongside a completed ICF-accredited Level 2 coaching program and Hogan assessment certification, that experience informs how I help clients understand their strengths, communicate their value, and navigate career decisions. Why do I coach?

I was drawn to coaching because I wanted to help people find their own way rather than simply tell them which way to go. The moments I value most are when a difficult question creates a pause, and the answer that follows is something a client may never have said aloud before. That kind of discovery can change how someone understands themselves, their choices, and what is possible. At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: people are capable of more than they have convinced themselves they are capable of.
