About
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who supports emerging leaders and career changers seeking greater clarity and direction as they navigate meaningful professional growth and change. My approach combines intellectual curiosity, thoughtful inquiry, and a strong commitment to ICF coaching competencies and ethics. I bring extensive experience in coaching and professional development, complemented by a background in career services, advising, and employer engagement. I won’t prescribe your path. Instead, I’ll challenge your thinking, listen deeply, and create space for you to examine assumptions, discover possibilities, and determine what moving forward means for you.
Matthew’s Build with AI Qualifications
Coaches professionally
Experience level: Analyst
Since 2023, I've built AI into nearly every part of my work as a manager leading partnerships, signature events and a team. I work almost entirely in Claude and ChatGPT Projects, with plugins like Excel where they help, and the results are measurable. Event timelines that took a week to iron out now take under an hour. A full, on-brand marketing suite for a signature event takes 30 minutes, where it used to take several business days of hand-built, delegated work. Event staffing models that took a day to update now take under 10 minutes. My builds include an automated brand kit that produces new marketing in seconds within brand guidelines, transcript-to-agenda and timeline workflows, reports and PowerPoint decks, document pipelines, form templates, team procedures, and project-based advisors for day-to-day work. I write reusable system prompts that rerun large projects under different conditions, including an adaptive practice-exam system I used to prepare for and pass my ICF PCC exam. I've trained five colleagues to work this way. I'm a no-code builder, and I'm upfront that I haven't worked at an AI company. My strength is turning a messy, recurring task into a system you can run every week. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Hogan Assessments Certified coach, I also help with what tends to stall people: where to start, how far to trust the output, and how to fit AI into the way you already work.

Why do I coach?
I was drawn to coaching because I wanted to help people find their own way rather than simply tell them which way to go. The moments I value most are when a difficult question creates a pause, and the answer that follows is something a client may never have said aloud before. That kind of discovery can change how someone understands themselves, their choices, and what is possible. At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: people are capable of more than they have convinced themselves they are capable of.
