About
Helping You Turn Complexity Into a Clear Path Forward I'm a strategy and operations professional with an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Morehouse College. Throughout my career, I've worked across finance, strategy, and operations at organizations including Google, Wayfair, Discover, and William Blair, helping teams solve complex problems, evaluate opportunities, and turn strategic priorities into results. Across my professional and personal experiences, I've learned that making progress often comes down to three things: understanding your options, asking the right questions, and having a practical plan to move forward. That's the approach I bring to coaching, whether you're preparing for an MBA, navigating a career decision, developing your leadership capabilities, or working toward greater financial security. What I help with: - Personal Finance: Develop practical strategies for budgeting, debt repayment, saving, investing, evaluating compensation and benefits, and building long-term financial security. - MBA Coaching: Clarify your application strategy, strengthen your essays and interview responses, and communicate the experiences and aspirations that make your candidacy distinctive. - Business Strategy & Operations Careers: Prepare for interviews, articulate your business impact, navigate career transitions, and position yourself for greater responsibility in strategy, operations, and leadership. What it's like working with me: My style is collaborative, analytical, and practical. I take the time to understand where you are, what you're trying to accomplish, and what's getting in the way. From there, we'll break down the challenge, evaluate your options, and identify actionable next steps that align with your goals. I believe good coaching should leave you with more than advice. You should walk away with a clearer perspective, greater confidence in your decisions, and tools you can continue using long after our sessions end. You don't need to have everything figured out before we work together. Whether you're starting from scratch, navigating a transition, or looking to take your results to the next level, I'm here to help you approach your goals with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.

Jamyle’s Personal Finance Qualifications
Experience level: Manager
A Practical, Strategic Approach to Personal Finance I help people make more intentional financial decisions, build practical money-management strategies, and create a path toward the financial future they want — wherever they're starting today. My approach to personal finance combines my background in accounting and corporate strategy with more than a decade of experience making intentional financial decisions in my own life. I earned my undergraduate degree in Accounting from Morehouse College and began my career at age 21. Before my first day on the job, I had already purchased my first home by leveraging my employment offer. Since then, I've continued to take an intentional approach to managing my money, from evaluating retirement plans and employer benefits to budgeting for the lifestyle I want while preparing for the future. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong analytical foundation for evaluating financial decisions and understanding trade-offs. I've applied that same mindset to my personal finances, including comparing compensation packages across salary, bonuses, and equity; exploring tax-efficient strategies; evaluating savings and investment options; and making informed decisions about debt repayment and long-term wealth building. My experience also extends to paying off debt strategically, purchasing real estate, and investing in individual securities and businesses. Over time, these decisions have helped me build a strong financial foundation and the flexibility to pursue my interests, including helping others achieve their own financial goals. I share this not as a measure of success everyone should aspire to replicate in the same way, but as an example of what consistent, intentional financial decision-making can help make possible. My goal as a coach is to help you make your money work for the life you want to live. That looks different for everyone. You might be working to get your budget under control, pay down debt, build an emergency fund, understand your workplace benefits, prepare to buy a home, or make more informed decisions about saving and investing. You may also be earning a good income but wondering why you're not making as much financial progress as you'd like. Wherever you're starting, you don't need to have everything figured out before we work together. I aim to break down complex financial concepts, help you understand your options, and develop practical strategies around your income, priorities, and goals. I believe personal finance isn't about following a one-size-fits-all formula or sacrificing everything you enjoy today. It's about making informed choices, creating sustainable habits, and finding the right balance between living well now and building greater financial security for the future. My goal is for you to leave our sessions with more than information: I want you to feel clearer about your options, more confident in your decisions, and better equipped to take your next step.

Why do I coach?
Throughout my career, I've found that some of the most rewarding work happens when I can help someone work through a complex challenge, see a situation differently, or identify a path forward that wasn't immediately obvious. Whether working with business leaders on strategic decisions, navigating my own career and educational journey, or making intentional decisions about my finances, I've seen the value of having the right information, asking better questions, and approaching decisions with a clear plan. I've also learned that knowing what to do and knowing how to apply it to your own circumstances are two very different things. That's what draws me to coaching. I enjoy helping people connect the dots, recognize the value of their experiences, and turn uncertainty into actionable next steps. I don't believe there is one right path to financial security, career success, or personal growth. The best approach depends on your circumstances, priorities, and definition of success. My goal is to create a space where you can think through your challenges, ask questions without feeling judged, and leave with a clearer understanding of your options. I'll bring analytical thinking, practical experience, and an honest perspective to our conversations, while recognizing that you're the expert on your own goals and circumstances. Ultimately, I coach because I believe that having the right guidance can help people make more informed decisions, recognize opportunities they may have overlooked, and move forward with greater confidence. If I can help someone approach an important decision with more clarity and take a meaningful step toward a goal that matters to them, that's a rewarding outcome.
