I am a senior technology and cybersecurity executive with over 20 years of experience advising boards, executives, and regulators across federal and state government, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. My executive coaching work focuses on senior IT and cybersecurity leaders navigating board expectations, regulatory scrutiny, complex stakeholder environments, and high-stakes decision making. Engagements are advisory in nature and centered on executive judgment, prioritization, and decision quality. Work is scoped to leaders already operating in senior roles with accountability for outcomes.

Building on 10+ years of experience working with senior leaders on their most pressing strategic topics, I specialize in supporting mid-career professionals in accelerating through transitions, aligning career and personal goals, and optimizing performance to show up at their best in their professional and personal lives. Before launching my executive coaching practice, I held senior roles in health tech and as an AP at McKinsey & Company.

I co-founded and served as COO of LeagueSide, which we grew to eight figures in revenue while remaining profitable before selling the company to TeamSnap. Over more than a decade as a founder and operating leader, I built a team of 40 and coached people through promotions, management challenges, difficult decisions, organizational change, and the transition from individual contributor to leader. Today, I coach founders and emerging executives who are carrying more responsibility, operating through ambiguity, or trying to become the leader their organization now needs. I help clients clarify priorities, understand their patterns, navigate difficult people and strategic decisions, and lead through a team. My approach combines thoughtful questions and honest reflection with practical operating experience, frameworks, and direct advice when useful.
