You’ve read the MBA blogs, watched the videos, maybe even made a pros and cons list. Under all that noise, a quieter question lurks: Do I actually want to go, or do I just think I should? This free 45-minute workshop is a space to slow down and get honest with yourself. Dig into what’s really driving your decision (curiosity, burnout, pressure, fear of missing out) and whether those reasons feel good to you. You’ll leave with more clarity, a few next steps, and hopefully a little less noise in your head. For what it’s worth, this was the inner voice I ignored when I applied to and attended Kellogg business school. And while I don’t regret going, I do wish I had taken more time to check in with myself before making such a big leap. This isn’t about convincing you not to go; rather, it’s about helping you make a decision that actually feels right. Whether you end up applying or not, the goal is to get clear on your why so that whatever path you choose, it’s coming from a place of intention (versus pressure, autopilot, or comparison). Expect some guided journaling, sharing, and no pressure. Just real talk and reflection.

I’ve helped people at every stage of their career—from early professionals to mid-career leaders to executives—get unstuck and move forward with purpose. My background spans corporate strategy, learning and development, teaching, and community-building, which gives me a unique lens: I see both the systems around you and what’s going on inside you. I’m not here to push a one-size-fits-all playbook. I help you zoom out, connect the dots, and define success on your own terms—whether that’s a bold pivot, a strategic next move, or just clarity on what you truly want. My coaching is grounded in both structured thinking and deep empathy. I’ll meet you in the grey areas—with smart questions, honest feedback, and a steady belief in your potential.
