There's a big difference between understanding how AI works and knowing how to apply it to a real problem, in a real job, under real constraints. I've spent years on the practitioner side, building production AI systems, navigating the messy parts nobody puts in tutorials, and figuring out what actually sticks when you're trying to get people to change how they work. That hands-on experience is what shapes how I coach. I love that no two learners are the same. Some people want the technical deep dive. Others need someone to cut through the noise and show them what matters for their specific situation.
