I've led the AI transformation of a 200-person data and analytics organization from the front. I ran the enterprise strategy and rollout of the AI coding and productivity tools the team uses (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Atlassian Rovo), built a persona-based "what to use when" framework so adoption actually stuck, and developed the core agents and MCP setups people now work in. I've seen work that used to take 40 to 80 hours land in 1 to 2. Under the tooling, I build the AI-ready data foundations that make it trustworthy - governance, metadata, and stewardship, including a metadata framework I built with AI instead of buying a platform. I'm not an ML researcher, and that's on purpose. Most teams can find a model - what they can't do is get the organization to trust the data, adopt the tools, and change how they work. That's the problem I've spent the last two years solving, and it's what I'll coach you through: turning AI in your data and analytics function from a demo into something your people use every day.

Most analysts know AI could speed up their work but don't know where it actually fits. I do, because I rebuilt my own job around it. I work in Strategic Finance at LinkedIn, where my day job is turning messy, large-scale data into decisions that move the business. Over the past few years I've rebuilt that work almost entirely around AI: writing and optimizing SQL pipelines, accelerating Python analysis, surfacing insights faster, and automating the parts of the job that used to eat entire afternoons. I've applied this across competitive intelligence, product performance analytics, audience analysis, and financial modeling, at a company where the data is about as complex and high-stakes as it gets. The results are concrete. I've led analyses across 500M+ users that changed product roadmaps, built the A/B testing methodology my team standardized on, and my AI-assisted workflows regularly turn week-long analyses into same-day answers. I also build with AI outside work, including autonomous agents that run entire workflows end to end, so I know the tools well beyond surface-level prompting.
