Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how overwhelming the GRE can feel—especially if it’s been years since you’ve done formal math or academic writing. I’ve seen how the right support can completely shift a student’s mindset, turning confusion into clarity and anxiety into confidence. (I've been where you are now!) What motivates me most is helping people realize that success on the GRE doesn’t come from being a “natural test-taker”—it comes from having the right strategies, the right structure, and someone who knows how to adapt to your unique learning style. I love breaking complex concepts into approachable steps, and I’m especially passionate about applying learning science tools to help my students study more effectively and efficiently. Coaching is about more than just boosting scores (though we’ll definitely do that).
