I am a rising 3L at Stanford Law School. I love working with students to craft a cohesive, powerful narrative that reflects their accomplishments so they can gain admission to their dream law school or university. I take a holistic approach, taking time to understand my clients' background, personality, and goals. I do not let median GPAs or test scores or admission rates dictate my clients' application strategy or success. I can also guide students on how to discuss their race and ethnicity in our post-affirmative action reality. By closely studying the U.S. Supreme Court decisions Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v Harvard and Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v UNC overturning affirmative action, I've been able to help my clients discuss their race and ethnicity in ways that law school admissions offices can legally consider when reviewing their application. Throughout law school, I have completed 5 internships in the public, private, and non-profit sector including a Big Law internship, two state attorney general internships, a local government internship, and an internship at a leading international non-profit environmental advocacy organization. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy and a B.A. in Urban Studies. In undergrad, I worked as a research assistant and independent researcher while also serving as president of the Berkeley Urban Studies Student Association. I have coached undergrads through their law school application process and high school students through their college admissions process. I have helped undergrad and high school students get admitted to programs where they had well below-median GPAs and/or standardized test scores.

I am a current JD candidate at Stanford Law School and have spent my summers at two reputable firms in New York City, Sullivan & Cromwell and Covington. As a Black woman and the first person in my family to graduate from high school, it is especially important to me to help students of color and first-generation students achieve their law school dreams. As for myself: T14 law schools offered me nearly $1 million in aggregate scholarship offers. Editing is my jam. As a college admissions consultant, I have helped countless students express their narratives in compelling, relatively short essays. Moreover, I have edited millions of words at The Stanford Daily, including for a year as its head copy editor. Previously, I have worked as a copy editor for Stanford Politics Magazine and Caesura Magazine; and I have copy edited full-length books and think tank reports. I have also been involved in the Critical Race Studies Specialization as an Erika Glazer Scholar, worked with the Labor and Economic Justice Clinic, and served as the Langston Bar Association’s Student Liaison and Law Student Outreach Committee Chair. As a member of the National Black Law Journal, I have contributed as both Outreach Editor and Chief Managing Editor. Additionally, I served as the 1L President of the Student Bar Association (SBA) and later as SBA Diversity Officer. My involvement extends to mentoring in the UCLA Law Fellows Program, serving as a Staff Member and Chief Diversity Editor on the UCLA Law Review, and working as a Tour Guide and Student Ambassador for the law school. I also participated in the Workers’ Rights Clinic and the UCLA Trial Team, where we were regional champions in the BLSA Constance Baker Motley Trial Competition. Furthermore, I have been active in the Entertainment Law Association as Events Chair and the Fashion and Beauty Law Association as Secretary of Communications.

I have advised hundreds and hundreds of law school applicants over an almost twenty year period. I am an expert in law school admissions and have also published a book and a nationwide column about it. Many applicants that I have advised have been admitted to their top choice of law schools. Some of my former students have also received up to full scholarships to law school. I am also an expert on the subject of legal careers, as well as alternative legal careers.
