Having been in the Management Consulting recruitment realm for the past 5 years, I have helped dozens of people at the undergraduate and MBA level to prepare for consulting case interviews. I firmly believe that anyone can become a case interview expert with enough time and effort. I ran several recruiting sessions and case practice programming during my time at BCG, especially focused on supporting first-gen/low-income and minority students through their recruitment cycle. I am currently a Section Captain helping HBS sectionmates interested in consulting through information sessions and both group and 1:1 interview prep. I am looking to help people break into the industry and reach their goals!

My university is a non-target school for top consulting firms with around a ~67.6% admission rate and an unranked business school by USNews. The total student population of CSUF's business college is around 9,000+, and I was successful in differentiating myself and getting my profile in front of interviewers at most of the Big4 Consulting Groups (Deloitte Consulting, EY-Parthenon, Strategy&) and the three MBB frms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). For many of these firms, I was the FIRST to interview from my undergraduate program in my school's history and the first to receive job offers. I also coach for deferred MBA admissions and undergraduate admissions on Leland.

I didn’t take the traditional path into consulting. I began my career in Audit at Deloitte, then made an internal pivot into Strategy Consulting, where I led high-impact projects for global clients and partnered with senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements. That experience taught me how to position myself without a classic “case interview” route and more importantly, how to translate non-consulting skills into a compelling, credible story. Now, as an MBA student at London Business School, I help aspiring consultants, especially career changers, navigate the process with confidence. I can support you in crafting your consulting narrative, building a networking strategy that actually gets replies, and learning how to “speak the language” of a consultant when you come from another industry. I also coach on the softer but equally important side: what a day in consulting really looks like, what top firms value in new hires, and how to highlight those skills in interviews and coffee chats. I’ve trained dozens of aspiring consultants to approach cases with structure, communicate with clarity, and think like a consultant under pressure. I have helped over 100 students with consulting interview preparation, resume and LinkedIn reviews, and academic applications (deferred MBA programs, fellowships, etc.). I have specifically found a great deal of success in MBB interview prep, helping over 25 students secure MBB offers at a 93% offer rate. My coaching style is highly human-centric and personalized, as I use behavioral health techniques to train students on how to channel their brightness with concision, clarity, and creativity. In terms of credentials, I have been a Scholarship Admissions Interviewer at USC, the President of 180 Degrees Consulting at USC, a Co-Founder of the USC Consulting Consortium, a Founding USC Recruiting Lead at McKinsey & Company, and the CEO of Blue Modern Advisory, a Professional Mentorship startup.

After rigorous training on how to interview for the top-tier consulting firms, I ran over 140 case studies with peers to prepare myself and my peers for interviews. I am an incoming consultant for MBB and am able to help with both case study and behavioral interview preparation. I helped my coachees to land jobs at Bain, BCG, McKinsey, PwC, EYP, and more. I'm an expert networker and can help you curate a plan to approach your entire application and interview process, including working through an extended timeline to manage the process end-to-end.

As a former Consultant and interviewer at BCG, I bring a wealth of experience and insider knowledge to help you succeed in getting a MBB offer. During my time at BCG, I focus mostly on growth strategy and deal advisory projects in the consumer goods space. Regarding coaching, I have also coached 20+ individuals, with more than half landing MBB offers. I do this by writing my own cases based on my work, teaching them how to effectively present their interview responses (the real differentiator), and also explaining the real-world parallel behind these suggestions.
