Conversation for Better Thinking
Sometimes there’s something in your life that matters enough that you don’t want to keep trying to work it out by yourself. You might be facing a decision, wanting to make a change, struggling with something that keeps getting in your way, or simply knowing that something isn’t quite where you want it to be. This package gives you a professional collaborator to work through it with. Someone independent from your everyday life, whose only agenda is helping you understand what’s going on, what matters to you and what you want to do about it. Our conversations will give you the time and structure to explore your thinking, challenge assumptions, consider different perspectives and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next. When you decide what you want to do, we’ll turn that thinking into action and use future sessions to reflect on what happened, what you learned and where you want to go next. I won’t tell you what to do. The aim is to help you develop the clarity and self-awareness to make better choices for yourself — both in the situation you bring to coaching and beyond it.
What's included
My approach is conversational, thoughtful and focused on you. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions, challenge your thinking when it’s useful and give you the space to explore what’s really going on. I won’t tell you what to do or try to solve the problem for you. Instead, we’ll work together to help you become clearer about what matters, consider possibilities you may not have seen and make decisions that feel right for you. When you decide what you want to do, I’ll help you turn that thinking into action and hold you accountable for the commitments you make to yourself.

Conversation for Better Thinking
I started my career in Los Angeles, and over the next 30 years, I moved from Los Angeles to New York, from artist to creative leader, eventually becoming a Managing Director. I had challenges along the way, however I was ambition. I learned as I went — about creativity, business, leadership, relationships and myself. I made mistakes, pivoted when necessary, took opportunities and benefited enormously from people who saw something in me and helped me along the way. Along the way, I was fortunate enough to work with some incredibly talented people on memorable advertising projects, traveling the world and filming on location with famous athletes, actors and more. I like to think of those experiences as a reward for the time and effort I put into getting where I wanted to go. However, the thing that made the biggest impact on me was the people. People who became mentors and helped me along the way, and the friendships and relationships I made throughout my career. As I went from being an employee to managing employees, developing people's careers, and ultimately hiring and leading people, I discovered that this was the most fulfilling part of anything I ever did at work.
