Coaching for clarity, confidence, and growth
Coaching starts from a different premise than therapy or mentorship: you're not broken and don't need fixing, and I'm not handing you advice from my own path. The model I train in holds that you're already creative, resourceful, and whole - the work is building a partnership where deep listening, curiosity, and reflection help you find your own answers and turn them into action. Because of that, sessions aren't built around a fixed curriculum. Each one follows what's most true and alive for you in the moment - but every conversation stays anchored to the goal you set at the start. The number of sessions shapes the scope of that goal: 1 session: a single, narrow question or a topic you need clarity on now 6 sessions: a defined goal, like navigating a career transition, with enough room to move from clarity through to action 10 sessions: a longer arc of self-discovery, for when the goal itself is still forming
What's included
- Clarity on what you actually value (not what you've been told to want), and concrete ways to live by it now, not "someday"
- Practical shifts in how you hold competing priorities, so progress on this goal doesn't cost you everything else
- Capacity to move through the transition itself rather than stall in front of it, building the resilience to get to the other side

Clarity, Courage & Purpose for High-Achievers
Hi, I'm Priyanka - a CTI-trained coach, recovering strategy consultant, and eternal question-asker. For over a decade my day job has been building the business case for where a company should go next, then stress-testing it in front of people paid to find the hole in it. I noticed that we'll spend six months building that case for the company, and six minutes deciding if we actually want the next promotion we're gunning for. That gap is what pulled me into coaching. Not advice, not someone diagnosing what's "wrong" with you but a space where you get asked the question you've been avoiding until an honest answer shows up instead of a rehearsed one. I work the whole tree. Career coaching is the leaves - the resume, the interview, the offer, the parts that show. Life coaching is the roots - what decides what you actually want next, and whether you're growing toward it on purpose or just defaulting into it. Most people only ever prune the leaves. If you're ready to ask yourself the same hard questions you'd ask any business plan - let's start. Background: B.Eng in Computer Science (NTU), MBA (INSEAD, Forte Fellow), six years as a software engineer and pre-sales lead, four years at McKinsey, currently VP of Corporate Development at a major exchange. CTI-trained coach.
