About

I’ve spent my career at the center of high-stakes communications in Washington, D.C.—serving as a Senate press secretary, managing press portfolios across two federal agencies in a presidential administration, and working on a presidential campaign. But I didn't start with a connected network or an insider playbook. I moved to D.C. from scratch and built a public service career from the ground up, learning early on how to handle hostile media, navigate fast-moving crises, and decode the unwritten rules of government hiring. That journey actually began back in high school when I forced myself to face a huge fear of public speaking, stuck with it, and went on to win at the national level. Today, I bring that real-world experience to executive development—helping professionals decode the convoluted landscape of Hill and agency jobs, land high-impact roles before they're ever posted online, and communicate with authority when it matters most.

Whether you need to sharpen your public speaking, execute flawless crisis management, or build a persuasive media strategy, I am here to ensure your message lands with clarity, authority, and impact. Why do I coach?

I coach because strong communication isn't something you're born with—it's a craft you build. Having gone from a nervous speaker to representing major public institutions, I want to help others conquer their own hesitation and refine their voice. Whether you're prepping for a high-stakes work presentation, a college interview, or a conversation with a recruiter for your next step, I want to give you the tools to speak with genuine confidence. At the same time, navigating jobs on Capitol Hill and across government can feel needlessly closed off. I coach to pull back the curtain, demystify how these roles are actually secured behind the scenes, and help the next generation of leaders step up and own their path.
