Hey there! I spent 5+ years at Reddit, as th longest-serving PM on Reddit Search, where I worked across Search UX, ranking, experimentation, AI/ML, and large-scale product strategy. I’ve led product work across complex technical systems and cross-functional teams, from launching new search experiences to introducing machine learning into Search. Outside of Reddit, I’ve spoken about product and technology at conferences including TechCrunch Disrupt and internationally, and I was awarded the UK Global Talent Visa for technology. I especially enjoy helping PMs become stronger at the parts of product management that are difficult to learn from a textbook: product judgment, prioritization, working effectively with engineers, navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and turning messy user problems into clear product decisions.
