Description

For PMs, founders, and product leaders who have lots of inputs but need clarity on what to actually build next. We’ll work through your product goals, customer and user evidence, business constraints, existing roadmap, and competing priorities to identify the highest-leverage opportunities and turn them into a focused product strategy. Depending on where you are, we can use the sessions to: • Clarify the product goal and the problem the roadmap needs to solve • Synthesize customer interviews, feedback, and product data into actionable insights • Identify which user problems and opportunities deserve priority • Evaluate competing initiatives using a structured prioritization framework rather than intuition alone • Build or refine a roadmap that connects product work to customer and business outcomes • Pressure-test assumptions, tradeoffs, and sequencing • Define what evidence or metrics should cause you to change direction This is collaborative working time, not a generic product strategy course. Bring a real product decision, roadmap, or set of competing priorities and we’ll work through it together.

What you'll get from this package

Clear product strategy tied to your customer and business goals

Prioritized set of product opportunities with explicit reasoning and tradeoffs

Refined roadmap or recommendation for what to build now, next, and later

Structured prioritization framework you can reuse as new information arrives

Clear assumptions, open questions, and evidence to gather before making your next major product decisions

Additional details

Coaching delivered via live sessions.

This package includes three 60-minute working sessions. Before our first session, you'll send me relevant context such as your current roadmap, product goals, customer research, key metrics, or the product decision you're working through. Session 1: Diagnose the problem, clarify the goal, and identify the highest-leverage questions or constraints. Session 2: Evaluate customer evidence and competing opportunities, pressure-test assumptions, and prioritize potential directions. Session 3: Turn the conclusions into a focused roadmap and decision framework, including what to do next and what evidence should cause you to revisit the strategy. My style is highly collaborative and evidence-driven. I'll challenge assumptions rather than simply validate the existing roadmap, and we'll focus on leaving each session with concrete decisions and next steps.

Longest Running Reddit Search PM | Product Strat | UK Global Talent

Hey there! I spent 5+ years at Reddit, as th longest-serving PM on Reddit Search, where I worked across Search UX, ranking, experimentation, AI/ML, and large-scale product strategy. I’ve led product work across complex technical systems and cross-functional teams, from launching new search experiences to introducing machine learning into Search. Outside of Reddit, I’ve spoken about product and technology at conferences including TechCrunch Disrupt and internationally, and I was awarded the UK Global Talent Visa for technology. I especially enjoy helping PMs become stronger at the parts of product management that are difficult to learn from a textbook: product judgment, prioritization, working effectively with engineers, navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and turning messy user problems into clear product decisions. I can help with: • PM interview preparation, including product sense, strategy, execution, and behavioral interviews • Breaking into or transitioning within product management • Moving from PM to Senior PM and developing stronger product judgment • Technical product management and working effectively with engineering teams • Search, AI/ML, experimentation, and data-informed product decisions • Resume, LinkedIn, and career positioning • Thinking through a difficult real-world product problem or career decision I’ve already coached and mentored PMs one-on-one and love adapting sessions to the person rather than giving generic frameworks. Whether you're preparing for an interview, trying to level up as a PM, or stuck on a difficult product decision, we can use the session to work through your specific situation and leave with concrete next steps.
