Drawing on 16+ years leading go-to-market strategy and building high-performing teams at GoFundMe, Adobe, VMware, Slalom, and Accenture, I bring both the hiring manager's perspective and the people leader's lens. With early-career coachees, I focus on positioning, storytelling, and showing them what hiring managers actually look for. With leaders and executives, I work on clarity of vision, executive presence, navigating pivots, and leading teams through complexity and change. As a Stanford Continuing Studies instructor, I bring a structured, teachable approach to coaching. Not just feedback, but frameworks people can use again and again.
