I’ve built my career at the intersection of engineering, product, and manufacturing, leading hardware and software programs at Tesla, Rivian, and Plenty. Across these roles, I’ve launched products from concept to scale, navigating technical complexity, cross-functional alignment, and rapid iteration. I combine deep product execution experience with a systems mindset — helping teams build products that are scalable and impactful.

As a technical product manager turned CEO and co-founder, I built my career from engineer to PM and ultimately PM manager during seven years at Microsoft. There, I led the development of enterprise cloud and Windows solutions sold to Fortune 100 companies and served as the first PM lead on a product incubation now generating over $1B in annual revenue. That experience enabled me to drive product strategy and execution from zero to scale in my own startup, leading the creation of complex, enterprise-grade solutions adopted by Fortune 500 customers.

I’m a senior product leader with 12+ years in tech and 8+ years as a PM, having built and scaled products at Google, LinkedIn, and Lyft, and as Co-Founder & CPO of a venture-backed startup, where I raised ~$1.8M and owned everything from product strategy and UX to metrics and go-to-market. I coach PMs on the fundamentals of strong product execution and interviewing, including how to break down ambiguous problems, develop clear product strategies, design scalable systems, define meaningful north-star and guardrail metrics, and communicate decisions with clarity and confidence. I also help candidates understand how to signal expertise throughout the interview by using the right language at the right moments. I’ve led 0→1 launches, platform products, and multi-team initiatives at global scale, and I bring that same rigor to interview prep, helping candidates avoid common PM traps and deliver confident, structured answers in high-stakes interview loops. My coaching is hands-on, direct, and tailored to each candidate’s level and target companies. My frameworks and strategies have helped people (including myself) land PM offers at Google, LinkedIn, Atlassian, Meta (Facebook), and more.

After hiring PMs into Amazon across Europe for 3 years, I then moved into a Head of Careers role at Oxford University's Said Business School specifically help people go the other way, and pivot their career into Product Management. This included introducing and building a Product Management specific career track at Oxford, utilising PM experience from the amazing alumni community and delivering learning experiences for a very diverse MBA cohort. Across a number of European institutions, I have now helped over 100 students pivot into PM roles in Tech, Healthcare, Retail, Finance and many other sectors, focusing on the practical elements of CV writing, networking, and non-technical interview preparation.

I currently lead lending and trading product at Galaxy Digital, and previously led payments platforms at Ripple Labs operating at $10B+ scale with $100M+ in measurable impact.
