The Pivot Positioning Call: Get Clear on Your Next Move
One session, built around wherever you find yourself right now: sorting out how to talk about a specific move, mapping what to develop next, or getting clear on how to position for a pivot into a new role or field. We start with where you want to be and the real gap between there and here. Depending on what surfaces, we spend the session on whichever matters most: sharpening your story for a conversation you have coming up, or mapping a directional plan you can act on with or without further coaching. You leave with clarity on the actual gap and a concrete next step, not a list of things to reflect on later. If it turns out there's a specific high-stakes conversation to prepare for or a longer runway to build, this is where the/SHIFT or the Positioning Sprint can pick up.
What's included
Direct and practical, not vague encouragement. We spend the full session on your actual situation, not a generic framework walkthrough.
- A clear read on the gap between where you are and where you want to be
- Either a sharpened story for a specific conversation, or a directional roadmap for what to develop next
- A concrete next step you can act on immediately, not just something to reflect on

Leadership Coach • Boost Influence & Productivity
I help leaders inside large enterprises navigate the moments that decide careers: the first 90 days in a new role, the conversation where you need buy-in without formal authority, the case you have to build for your own promotion. My clients have gone on to roles at LinkedIn, Google, Airbnb, and Reddit, among others. Most come to me doing excellent work that isn't translating into the next opportunity. I built the/SHIFT, a bi-weekly leadership communication lab, because knowing what to say isn't the same as saying it under pressure. I also built an AI Practice Lab so you can rehearse high-stakes conversations solo, any time. Before coaching, I spent 15+ years in global leadership and sales enablement roles at T-Systems, Deutsche Telekom, and ServiceMaster. I hold a master's in International Business and wrote High-Stakes Communication Mastery for Leaders. I'm also a first-generation college graduate and immigrant, and I coach the way I wish I'd been coached early on: direct and practical, not through vague encouragement.
