the/SHIFT™ Leadership Communication Lab (3-Month Starter)
𝟯-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗶-𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 Six 90-minute live online sessions with a small group (up to 10 emerging and mid-level leaders). Each session is a working lab, not a lecture. You'll bring real conversations you're preparing for or avoiding—high-stakes updates, conflict, performance conversations, managing up—and we'll work through them together. Each lab includes: brief practical input on a leadership communication theme (executive presence, managing up, influence without authority, handling resistance); practice using concrete tools like the Leader's User Manual to clarify how you lead; structured peer feedback and red-team-style coaching from fellow leaders; and live practice in a psychologically safe environment so you leave with one or two specific moves to try before the next session. Between sessions, you'll get reflection prompts and action items tied directly to conversations happening in your world right now. Communication is a practice sport—transformation happens through application, not just knowledge.
What's included
Live, practice-based group coaching. I combine frameworks with real-world application—you practice high-stakes conversations in a safe environment, get immediate feedback from peers and me, and leave each session with specific moves to try before the next lab. No lean-back lectures. This is active, accountable, results-driven coaching for leaders who are ready to communicate like leaders.
- A personal "Leader's User Manual" — a clear, written statement of how you lead, what you expect from others, and how people can work best with you. This becomes the foundation for every conversation that follows.
- A toolkit of frameworks and talking points for high-stakes conversations (executive updates, performance feedback, conflict, change communication, managing up). Real scripts and structures you can use immediately.
- Six practice rounds with immediate peer and coach feedback. You'll leave each session with concrete moves tested and ready to deploy in real meetings.

I built the/SHIFT, a bi-weekly leadership communication lab, because knowing what to say isn't the same as saying it under pressure. I also built an AI Practice Lab so you can rehearse high-stakes conversations solo, any time. Before coaching, I spent 15+ years in global leadership and sales enablement roles at T-Systems, Deutsche Telekom, and ServiceMaster. I hold a master's in International Business and wrote High-Stakes Communication Mastery for Leaders. I'm also a first-generation college graduate and immigrant, and I coach the way I wish I'd been coached early on: direct and practical, not through vague encouragement.
