Master’s Admissions Interview Preparation
This package is for master’s applicants who want to communicate their motivation, experience and potential confidently in an admissions interview. We will identify the questions most likely to matter for your target program, build credible answers from your real experience, and practise them under realistic conditions. Sessions can cover your personal introduction, motivation for the program, career goals, strengths and development areas, leadership and teamwork examples, program fit, and challenging follow-up questions. As an ESCP MBA and MEB graduate and former Amazon Hiring Manager who conducted more than 150 interviews, I will help you understand what an evaluator is listening for and how to answer clearly without sounding scripted.
What's included
Before the first session, you will share the target program, your application materials and any interview guidance received. We will then prioritize the areas most likely to affect your result. Sessions are interactive: I will challenge vague or generic answers, ask realistic follow-up questions and help you improve structure, evidence and delivery while preserving your natural voice. You will leave each session with clear practice priorities.

I therefore understand career progression from both sides of the table: as an interviewer evaluating candidates and as a senior professional navigating competitive hiring processes and career transitions. Today, I’m also the founder of Operward, an operations and procurement consultancy supporting physical-product companies with operational improvement, supply chain, logistics, and scalable growth. This work keeps me closely connected to the challenges faced by managers and senior leaders in real operating environments. Over the past five years, I’ve coached more than 300 professionals internationally, from early-career candidates to experienced managers and senior leaders. I don’t teach candidates to memorize polished scripts. I hold an MBA in International Management from ESCP Business School, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law from the University of Genoa.
