I coach from the perspective of a former Amazon Hiring Manager and senior operations leader, so the focus is on how interviewers actually evaluate scope, decisions, trade-offs, and results. You will leave with stronger, adaptable examples, a clear preparation plan, and the confidence to handle both expected questions and unscripted follow-ups without sounding rehearsed.

My coaching is highly practical and tailored to the individual. I don’t believe in generic interview frameworks or memorizing scripted answers. We start by understanding your target role, the company, your experience, and where you are in the interview process. From there, we focus our time on the areas that will make the biggest difference. Having spent years on the other side of the table as an interviewer, Hiring Manager, and senior leader, I coach you from the perspective of the person who will actually be evaluating you. I help you identify the strongest examples from your experience, structure them into clear and compelling stories, and communicate your impact in a way that interviewers can easily understand and remember. Sessions are interactive and realistic. I’ll challenge your answers with follow-up questions, point out where you are being too vague or missing an opportunity to demonstrate impact, and help you improve without making your responses sound scripted or unnatural. My goal is not simply to prepare you for a list of questions. It is to help you understand how interviewers think, build a strong portfolio of adaptable stories, and develop the confidence to handle questions you haven’t prepared for. You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what is working, what needs improvement, and what to practice before your interview.

I spent nearly eight years at Amazon across the UK, Luxembourg, and Italy, working in Operations, Business Development, and Program Management. As a Hiring Manager, I conducted more than 150 interviews and saw first-hand what separates an average answer from one that earns the offer—particularly in behavioral interviews, Leadership Principles, and senior-level assessments. After Amazon, I moved into leadership roles at Amplifon and HelloFresh, most recently serving as Head of Operations for HelloFresh Italy. I therefore understand career progression from both sides of the table: as an interviewer evaluating candidates and as a senior professional navigating competitive hiring processes and career transitions. Today, I’m also the founder of Operward, an operations and procurement consultancy supporting physical-product companies with operational improvement, supply chain, logistics, and scalable growth.
