Master’s Application Strategy & Review
This package is for applicants who want a clear, credible master’s application rather than generic essays and disconnected documents. We will define your positioning, clarify why the program is the right next step, and turn your academic, professional, and international experience into a coherent application narrative. Depending on the package size, we can review your CV, motivation statement or essays, identify gaps, strengthen examples, and improve structure and clarity. I bring the perspective of an ESCP MBA and MEB graduate, a former Amazon Hiring Manager, and a coach who has supported applicants through competitive selection processes. I will challenge vague claims and help you communicate your motivation, achievements, potential, and fit without losing your authentic voice.
What's included
Before our first session, you will share the target program, deadlines, application requirements and available drafts. We will use live sessions to make strategic decisions and work through the highest-impact improvements. I provide direct, practical feedback and explain why each change strengthens—or weakens—your application. I will not write an application on your behalf; the final voice and content remain yours.
- A clear application strategy and positioning tailored to your target programs
- Detailed feedback on your CV, essays or motivation statement, with prioritized revisions
- A coherent narrative connecting your experience, goals and program fit

ESCP MBA & MEB Graduate | Applications and Interview Coaching
If you’re preparing for an Amazon, Big Tech, or senior leadership interview, I can help you turn your experience into clear, convincing evidence that interviewers can recognize and remember. I spent nearly eight years at Amazon across the UK, Luxembourg, and Italy, working in Operations, Business Development, and Program Management. As a Hiring Manager, I conducted more than 150 interviews and saw first-hand what separates an average answer from one that earns the offer—particularly in behavioral interviews, Leadership Principles, and senior-level assessments. After Amazon, I moved into leadership roles at Amplifon and HelloFresh, most recently serving as Head of Operations for HelloFresh Italy. I therefore understand career progression from both sides of the table: as an interviewer evaluating candidates and as a senior professional navigating competitive hiring processes and career transitions. Today, I’m also the founder of Operward, an operations and procurement consultancy supporting physical-product companies with operational improvement, supply chain, logistics, and scalable growth. This work keeps me closely connected to the challenges faced by managers and senior leaders in real operating environments. Over the past five years, I’ve coached more than 300 professionals internationally, from early-career candidates to experienced managers and senior leaders. I specialize in Amazon and Big Tech interview preparation, behavioral and competency-based interviews, STAR storytelling, career strategy, and offer negotiation. I also publish practical interview and career resources through giuliofamiglietti.com. My coaching is practical, candid, and tailored to your experience. I don’t teach candidates to memorize polished scripts. I help you select the right examples, strengthen the evidence behind them, communicate your impact clearly, and understand how your answers will be evaluated. I hold an MBA in International Management from ESCP Business School, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law from the University of Genoa.
