Retrain the brain to relieve chronic pain
When chronic pain becomes a habitual or stress response in the nervous system, it's called neuroplastic pain. The pain is real, but the cause is your brain misinterpreting signals in your body as harmful. This can happen even after you've received treatment for a structural injury. Backed by neuroscience and clinical research, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a system of mental and mindfulness interventions that retrains your brain's neuroplastic pain response. Relief is still possible, no matter how long you've been stuck. After living with inexplicably worsening pain in my foot, knee, and hands for nearly a decade, and trying every intervention possible, PRT changed my life. That's why I got certified. I am now symptom free and have dedicated my career to helping others find relief too. Learn more about my journey & FAQs about PRT in this blog post: https://www.flamekeeper.co/post/healing-chronic-pain-through-pain-reprocessing-therapy$210/hr

Build Resilience, Clarity, and Confidence for Life’s Long Horizon
My work in the mental performance space is grounded in the adventure-driven athlete model—the belief that endurance challenges are a powerful vehicle for building clarity, confidence, and resilience that extend far beyond sport. After 25 years leading in high-pressure operational environments and a lifetime of endurance sports pursuits, I’ve seen that performance is ultimately driven by mindset: how we think under stress, how we respond to setbacks, and how clearly we stay connected to our purpose. I coach athletes and high-performing professionals to define meaningful goals, align their effort with what matters most, and develop the mental discipline to stay steady when conditions get hard—physically, professionally, or personally. I combine professional coaching credentials, including iPEC Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, with a mindset-first approach to performance. I help clients reframe limiting beliefs, manage internal pressure, build confidence through intentional goal-setting, and cultivate the resilience required for long-horizon pursuits. The focus is not just on finishing an event, but on who they become in the process—more self-aware, more adaptable, and more capable of navigating challenge with clarity and choice. Because the real outcome of an adventure isn’t the finish line—it’s the stronger leader and more resilient person you become along the way.$250/hr

Helping you reset your mindset and show up as the leader you want to be
A big part of why I coach in this space is because I’ve lived it. I’ve gone through seasons where stress, pressure, and expectations were stacked on top of each other, and I didn’t know how to slow down. I’ve dealt with anxiety, burnout, and moments where life felt heavier than I wanted to admit. Learning how to navigate those moments, rebuild myself, and come out stronger became one of the most important parts of my growth. On the professional side, I’ve spent over a decade leading large teams in high pressure environments where mental wellness is often ignored until it becomes a problem. I’ve coached leaders through self doubt, impostor syndrome, tough transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with managing people. I’ve learned how mindset, clarity, and emotional awareness directly shape performance, relationships, and long term success. I’m also a certified leadership coach with a degree in Leadership Studies and now working toward my master’s in Organizational Development. My academic work and coaching certifications back up what I’ve lived and practiced for years. My approach is simple: help people create calm, stay grounded, communicate with courage, and build habits that support a healthier way of leading and living. I don’t coach from theory alone. I coach from experience, education, and real conversations with real people who want to grow without losing themselves. If you’re looking for someone who understands both the personal and professional sides of mental wellness, that’s where I can help.Do you like this personality?$99/hr

ADDICTION + SOBRIETY: moving from hurting to healing to helping
Awareness. Acceptance. Action. Personally, I have been a fellow member of multiple 12 step programs in the AA tradition ( I am a friend of Lois W. ) and as such am well versed in the steps, traditions, sponsorship and recovery. I have been asked to speak innumerable times at meetings with different specialties on subjects ranging from understanding alcoholism, drug addiction, codependence and trauma. Professionally, I hold an E.S., certificate from the global leader in ethics and protocols in equine assisted growth and learning (Eagala). This has a prerequisite of 6000+ hours certified horsemanship as the entry point for the Equine Specialist training. Additionally attaining this elite level as opposed to many generic versions which pale in comparison to this credential requires 100 hours of professional development with master classes in horsemanship over the previous short term. The Eagala model is trending in the industry over the past few years with an emphasis on treating veterans and first responders who vocationally have higher exposure to PTSD and demonstrate resistance to traditional psychotherapy. When anyone suffers psychic wounds the scars may be invisible. Moreover, it may be difficult if not impossible to articulate in any meaningful way. The model requires a team of experts with an MH (mental health specialist) and an ES (equine specialist) along with equines being recognized as equal partners in a humanistic solutions based outcome. This powerful transformative process is both gentle and intimate and often non-verbal. The patient is the author of the experience and chooses what to share with the specialists if anything. Finally, I have acted as ghostwriter on a book about PTSD, by Julie Kundert, a first person memoire is a non-fiction true-story of survival of prolonged sexual abuse and domestic violence with an illustration for a spiritual path to freedom. The title itself is a play on words Positively Traumatized Self-Discovery. The story is an authentic empowerment of voicing one's own story as the narrator in ones own life.$125/hr

Mental health coaching for high-functioning, burned-out professionals
I work with people who look “fine” on paper but don’t feel fine inside. The ones carrying a lot of responsibility, ambition, and self-awareness, yet still wrestling with anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or a low-grade sense that something is off. I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t clinical treatment. It’s structured, honest coaching for people who want more clarity about how they’re operating and why certain patterns keep repeating. My background spans leadership, coaching, and lived experience with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. That combination shapes how I work: grounded, direct, and practical, without platitudes or forced optimism. Sessions focus on naming what’s actually happening beneath the surface, building emotional awareness without over-intellectualizing it, and helping you make changes that are realistic inside a demanding life—not in some hypothetical calmer future.$130/hr

Focused Coaching & Reiki for Reset
I am a Henley Business School–certified executive coach with a background in law, corporate leadership, and talent strategy, including senior roles in recruitment and HR. I also hold a professional certification in ADHD coaching, supporting neurodivergent professionals in building focus, structure, and sustainable performance. My work centers on helping high-performing individuals navigate transition, decision-making, burnout, and growth with clarity and steadiness. In addition to my executive coaching training, I am a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui/Holy Fire and Karuna) and founder of Reunion Wellness Studio. I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation (Reiki Master Teacher) and Reiki Membership Association of the International Center for Reiki Training (Professional Member). I integrate structured coaching with nervous system regulation practices to support cognitive clarity under pressure. This approach is particularly effective for professionals experiencing overwhelm, leadership fatigue, or ADHD-related challenges. Rather than pushing productivity harder, I help clients align focus, energy, and decision-making so performance becomes more sustainable and grounded.$180/hr

Hit Burnout then Built Boundaries
I hit burnout working 5am to 2am for 8 months - forgetting to eat, drink water, use the bathroom and waking up in panic attacks from a client while in consulting. Taking a medical leave, majority covered by employers under FMLA, saved my life, my friendships, my relationship, and I even returned to work not scared it would happen again. How? That's a loaded question, but my HR background helped me set up my medical case so it was less likely to be denied at the multiple stages of approval. Then I built a help support system - doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, holistic practitioners, workout buddies - to help me get out of bed, motivate me to keep trying, and slowly work to get better even just 1% each day. Coming back to work was unfathomable and with all the help I had to support me and train me to set up my future work environment for success saved me. Perfectionist and overachiever are still ways I define myself - the difference is I'm not linking those to only my career. I'm an overachiever in maintaining my relationships, a perfectionist when it comes to my cooking and hosting. I was jumping my own fence to help the whole neighborhood while forgetting to tend to my own home - if you're feeling burnout and need a guide let's connect!$99/hr

Performance Strategist | PhD Scientist & Coach | Emory & Johns Hopkins
I am a PhD-level behavioral scientist who bridges the gap between high-pressure ambition and sustainable professional output. I don't coach "wellbeing" in the traditional sense; I help you build the behavioral architecture that protects you from exhaustion, inaction, and decision fatigue. My approach is derived from years of clinical research and high-level training at Harvard Medical School and Emory. I work with professionals who need a rigorous, systematic, and data-driven approach to their own "human performance." Executive functioning and mindfulness are central here. This is not therapy; it is a clinical-grade strategy for your life. I have deep expertise supporting clients with neurodiverse abilities, and additional certifications in psychometrics assessment and mindfulness-based stress reduction. The effectiveness of these systems is grounded in both science and my own life. I’ve utilized these same behavioral frameworks to achieve a 150lb weight loss and sustain it for over a decade, while helping dozens of clients optimize their physical health and professional endurance. My clients don't just "feel better"—they execute at a higher level with greater consistency, typically maintaining their new habits at a 80%+ rate after one year.$75/hr
