With an MBA from Oxford's Said Business School and a Master in Public Policy from Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government, I bring a blend of business and social impact into my coaching. My professional journey includes roles at Bain & Company, The Global Fund, and the Inter-American Development Bank, where I focused on finance and strategy. I successfully mentored and coached individuals in the MBA process, from navigating and selecting which MBA were the best "fit" (1 year, 2 year, or part-time MBA programs, dual or joint degrees; in the US, UK, or Europe), providing guidance in their application (e.g., reviewing CV or resumes, personal statements or essays) and preparing for interviews for Oxford SBS and other MBA programs in the US. Additionally, I provide support in applying for graduate scholarships, including MBA scholarships, as a scholar and recipient of highly competitive programs. M7 Admissions Experience: I spent 11 years leading admissions for the Part-Time MBA Program at Kellogg School of Management. During that time, I recruited, interviewed, and evaluated MBA candidates, counseled prospective students and reapplicants, and helped build four incoming cohorts each year. My Kellogg experience gives me a perspective on MBA applications that goes beyond essays and application mechanics. I understand how an admissions professional looks at the whole candidate - from professional progression and accomplishments to career goals, communication, and program fit. I also understand the questions or concerns that may emerge when all the pieces are considered together. Part of my role as a coach is to ask the questions an applicant may not have considered, and help determine what will strengthen the overall candidacy. Today, applicants have access to more information and tools than ever before. I encourage clients to use good resources thoughtfully. I bring something complementary: years of experience evaluating real MBA candidates and the judgment that comes from seeing how individual choices contribute to the overall impression an applicant makes. My goal is not to create an application for you. It is to help you make informed choices and present the strongest, most authentic version of your candidacy.

I understand the stress of preparing for the GMAT/GRE while juggling school or long hours at a full-time job—I’ve been there myself. I applied to Harvard and Stanford in Round 2 for the Class of 2026 and was waitlisted at both. For me, being waitlisted was even more stressful than rejection.
