I am an MBA student at Harvard Business School and a former consultant at McKinsey & Company, with an academic background in engineering and professional experience in product and strategy consulting. Even with a less-than-competitive GMAT score, I was fortunate to be accepted to every top MBA program I applied to in the US and Europe, and I want to help you find that same success, and some joy, in your own application journey. I’ve worked with operators, investors, and founders across different stages of their careers, including many who have used an MBA to pivot, accelerate, or reposition themselves. I completed my MBA at UC Berkeley, and more importantly, I’ve seen how the degree actually plays out in the real world. In my career across private equity, venture building, and now advising founder-led businesses, I’ve seen what the MBA unlocks and where it falls short if not approached intentionally. Getting into a program is only part of the equation. The real value comes from how you position your story, choose the right program, and use the experience to create opportunities on the other side. I help candidates navigate the MBA journey end to end because I have personally gone through every stage of it and understand how tightly admissions decisions and post-MBA outcomes are linked. From GMAT strategy and school selection to regional trade-offs, cost-benefit analysis, scholarships, networking, interviews and final admit decisions, I have built and executed this process myself across US, European, and Indian business schools. I did not treat the MBA as a checkbox. I approached it as a strategic investment and designed my application and career plan accordingly. Since 2021, I have coached 18 candidates who have gone on to top-20 business schools. I work with clients to define their long-term career direction, shape a credible narrative and position them as candidates who know why they are pursuing an MBA and what they plan to do with it. This includes supporting professionals looking to change sector, function and region - A transition I successfully made myself during my MBA.
