I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. I've coached 10+ clients into MBA programs including HBS, Wharton, Stanford, Oxford, LBS, and INSEAD. Having navigated roles across strategy consulting, finance, VC and impact myself, I work with you to decode unconventional career paths and turn them into a sharp, coherent and distinctive MBA narrative. I am an ESSEC Business School and Paris Sorbonne graduate, with 15 years of experience recruiting and coaching talent. Beyond my executive search work, I regularly participate in admissions interviews and selection boards for leading international institutions and programs including HEC, CEMS, IFM Paris, and NEOMA Business School. I also regularly act as a guest lecturer and career coach at leading business schools including ESSEC, ISG Luxury Geneva, and Rome Business School. Having evaluated hundreds of applications, CVs, and interviews from both candidates and students, I have developed a strong understanding of what makes a profile truly stand out in highly competitive selection processes. My coaching combines insider recruitment expertise, strategic positioning, and practical guidance.

My approach to coaching comes from lived experience, not theory. I recently navigated the graduate admissions process myself and earned offers from the following top programs: The University of Toronto Masters of Science in Applied Computing, Carnegie Mellon Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Columbia Dual MBA/Executive MS: Engineering & Applied Science, UC Berkeley Electric Engineering & Computer Sciences Master of Engineering, and Carnegie Mellon Master of Science in Machine Learning program. I have confirmed my decision to attend the Machine Learning program at Carnegie Mellon this fall. Before that, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from UT Austin with a 3.96 GPA in Computer Science. I know firsthand what it takes to build a compelling application because I have done it across both technical and business programs. My strength is narrative strategy. I know what it takes to win a seat at a top MBA program as a non-traditional applicant — because I did it. I earned my MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth after a career as a physician, with a Yale MPH along the way. I understand exactly how admissions committees read an application: how to turn an unconventional background into a standout story, how to make essays authentic and differentiated instead of generic, how to choose schools strategically, and how to prep your recommenders and nail the interview. I later became a Vice President in Healthcare Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and served on recruiting teams that evaluated scores of candidates; so, I know what excellence looks like on paper and in the room, and I bring that same discerning eye to your candidacy. I work especially well with healthcare and non-traditional applicants (including MD/MBA and other dual-degree paths), though I coach applicants from every background. My qualifications here come from sitting on both sides of the MBA experience. I earned my own MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, starting the program in person and finishing online in 2015, when online graduate education was still relatively new. Combined with my other graduate degrees at Northwestern Medill, Harvard, and UIC, I have a real feel for how different learning formats work and what admissions committees across top programs tend to value. I scored well on the GMAT, I understand how applications are actually read, and over the years, I have written dozens of letters of recommendation for applicants. Nearly every one of them has landed at a top program, including schools like Harvard and Columbia. What I bring that many admissions coaches do not is practical business experience. I have founded multiple successful companies, including RevEng Consulting, and have spent more than 20 years in the business world at companies like SAP and LinkedIn. That lets me help applicants move past generic, theoretical essays and build specific, credible stories that resonate with admissions committees. RevEng also regularly hosts MBA interns, most recently a group from the University of Michigan in 2025, so I stay close to what current programs teach and how students are evaluated.
