More than any credential, what you should know about me is that I get it. This is a crazy process that's become hyper competitive, and standing out feels like an impossible task. I grew up in a small town, didn't go to the prestigious college, and didn't know any "insiders." I have a belief in myself and the skills I've developed through trying a bunch of things and failing a lot. I want to share these skills (and my belief in you). That being said, here are some credentials if that's your thing: • Stanford GSB MBA Candidate – Class of 2027 • Coaching | Case prepped and mentored 30+ undergraduate and MBA students • Bain | Worked for Bain & Co. before school, focusing on retail and consumer case work • Startup | Grew wholesale for a men’s athleisure brand from $0 to $4M • Resumes | Edited 50+ resumes in undergrad and reviewed 200+ resumes as Bain recruiting lead • Speech & Writing | Wrote and delivered commencement speech for Miami University Farmer School of Business graduation ceremony • Interview Training | Trained as Bain interviewer to score case interviews and behavioral questions • GMAT / Test-taking | Scored in highest percentile of GMAT test-takers

Coming from a technical background, I understand how to form a storyline and appeal to business schools through the resume creation process and answering difficult essay questions while weaving in university experiences and credentials. I have had non-traditional roles for MBA admitted students and I believe that I can help the most for students coming from engineering/computer science/data science looking to pivot into a business background.

I'm a Harvard Business School MBA with a Northwestern undergrad degree in journalism. In my 10 years of MBA admissions work, I've coached clients who have been accepted at all M7 schools and they have earned more than $2 million in merit scholarships. I absolutely love helping applicants uncover their unique differentiators, which we all have but often people don't know how to identify them. I've worked with hundreds of applicants on every aspect of MBA applications from school selection to essays to interviews. My experience in journalism and public relations before my MBA and human capital consulting after HBS allows me to help my clients craft the most compelling and clear narratives for business school. I can also relate firsthand to those who have a more untraditional background (public relations certainly was not a popular entry point to HBS when I applied!) although I've worked with many clients from all industries, functions and geographies. I would love to meet you and be your guide on the path to your dream MBA program.

I am a Berkeley Haas MBA candidate, the founder of MBA to Commas, and one of the few coaches on this platform who is actively inside a top MBA program right now. I have coached over 400 MBA students, completed 10 customized mentorship packages with a 100% admit rate across all clients, and previously worked as a coach with an early admit program. I built MBA to Commas from the ground up as a boutique admissions consulting firm specifically for first-generation applicants, career changers, and ambitious professionals who do not have a built-in network guiding them through the process. I know what admissions committees at elite programs are looking for because I have helped hundreds of people get in and I am living it myself at Haas right now. Beyond admissions, I am a licensed California realtor with over $1.1 million in transactions, an Airbnb Superhost, and a content creator with 94,000 followers and over 300 million views across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. I have worked with brands including Netflix, Verizon, and Perplexity AI. I bring that same strategic, results-driven mindset to every client I work with. If you have a non-traditional background, a story that does not fit neatly into a template, or an application you are not sure how to position, I am the coach you want. My track record speaks for itself and I am just getting started.

I'm a Harvard Business School MBA and a former McKinsey & Company consultant. Before HBS, I went through the application process from South Africa — figuring out how to break into a top US programme without the conventional playbook. That's the perspective I bring to coaching, particularly for applicants from non-traditional or international backgrounds. I've helped applicants get into Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School, among others. My approach focuses on the work that actually moves an application: finding the story you should be telling, sharpening it without losing what's authentic to you, and making the narrative cohesive across essays, recommendations and interviews. I've coached candidates from consulting, banking, social impact and operating backgrounds and I believe the strongest applications come from candidates who can articulate not just what they've done, but why it adds up.
