Welcome to my profile! I got into Harvard Business School as a non-traditional applicant: a UK-trained physician who had served as a medical officer with British Army. I graduated with Distinction, spent summer internship at McKinsey and moved into pharmaceutical leadership. Today I’m a Senior Medical Director, leading teams of physicians and scientists across multiple Phase 3 clinical trials. I also sit on the other side of the table: I interview and hire candidates and help redesign how my company recruits. That’s what I bring to your application. I know how a hard-to-categorise background can be turned into a clear, compelling story, and I know what assessors are actually listening for. Can you do the job? Are you coachable? Do people want to work with you? Can you grow? I’ll help you work out your “why MBA, why now, why this school”, build a bank of stories that show leadership and impact, and practise until your interview sounds like a conversation, not a recital. I’m especially useful to physicians, military officers, scientists and other career-changers who need to show admissions committees that their experience translates into business leadership.

My insatiable level of curiosity about what drives people and knowing what the audience wants to hear (high EQ) are the foundation of my successful career in helping people sell themselves. Over the past 16 years, I have raised over $2B for Venture, Private Equity and Hedge Fund firms by coaching founders on how to win through their authentic self. My secret weapon is my line of questioning and how I bring your narrative together. I obtained my MBA from Wharton (UPenn), and my BBA from Emory University. Along the way I have coached many candidates (essays, resumes, interviews) yielding top MBA admissions (Wharton, UChicago, Columbia) and Wall Street / Fortune 500 job placement. I bring out the human element in one's value proposition, which ultimately conveys passion, track record and trust.

Hi! I’m a second-year MBA student at Stanford GSB. Before business school, I was an Associate at Blackstone and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
