I’ve built and led teams across very different environments: McKinsey (Engagement Manager), Fortune 500 Corporate Strategy (Director), and now trying my hand in the startup world (CEO). I’ve seen how careers can evolve in very different environments and what can separate high performers at each stage. Received my MBA from Dartmouth Tuck. My most consistent career feedback - and what I am most proud of - is being known as an empathetic, direct, and highly invested coach. I care deeply about developing great people and building confidence. Outside of work I have a wife who works in VC/PE and two boys under three! I'm a huge Notre Dame football fan and long-suffering supporter of the Columbus Blue Jackets.

I ran a tutoring company as a student at Georgetown University, where I helped classmates ace Econ classes and get past writer’s block on essay. My own path to business school was anything but traditional: I moved to the U.S. from Turkey to attend the University of Chicago. Unlike most business school applicants, I left consulting within a year and joined a small startup that later went public. I was fortunate to be admitted to both MIT Sloan with a scholarship and HBS, and can confidently say I know how to package a unique background into a compelling application. I’m especially passionate about helping nontraditional and international candidates stand out. I speak Turkish and love supporting Turkish applicants in particular. When I first began my application process for MBA programs, I was utterly lost. I had interesting stories, but I didn't know what mattered or how to craft my experiences into a unique and compelling narrative that would enable me to stand out from the tens of thousands of other applicants. Thanks to the help of numerous friends from other prestigious universities, I was admitted to and just graduated from Stanford GSB. This proved to me the power of effective coaching and inspired a passion to return the favor. Over my past two years at Stanford, I realized I found energy in helping informally coach and mentor about 10 people through their own business school applications. Three were admitted into GSB and numerous others into M7 programs. In addition to MBA applications, I served as a Co-President of GSB's Management Consulting Club, where I helped prepare MBA1s for the consulting recruiting process. In this role, I often interfaced with recruiting representatives from MBB firms and gained an "inside scoop" into what matters most during this stressful process.
