As a first-generation college graduate from the South Side of Chicago, I know what it means to navigate the MBA journey without a roadmap. That same scrappiness helped me earn admission to the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a scholarship. After being admitted, I completed the MLT MBA Prep Accelerated Program, which helped me secure a consulting internship before classes even started. I went into Booth already positioned for success because I understood how powerful it is to prepare early. Over the years, I’ve supported aspiring candidates and consultants through case studies, storytelling, and interview preparation. Hello! As a Wharton MBA graduate with honors and a former Admissions Fellow, I have a deep understanding of what top business schools are looking for in applicants. I am a Wharton MBA graduate (with Honors, 2021) and love helping prospective MBA students get into their dream MBA program - a daunting process that can be fun if done with an adequate amount of preparation. While at Wharton, I was an Admissions Fellow, helping run Wharton's (in)famous Team Based Discussions (TBDs) while also serving as a face of the school by running info sessions. I love helping others succeed and look forward to helping you through your admissions journey whether that is helping you through your school selection, application process, reviewing resumes / essays or prepping you for interviews. I was 3/3 during my admissions process, receiving scholarships from two top tier programs, and have successfully coached dozens of friends and colleagues over the past 5 years. During my MBA, I coached many other MBA students with career guidance, resume critiques, and interview prep. I have expertise in candidates with traditional backgrounds looking to differentiate their application, particularly those coming from finance backgrounds. I am particularly passionate about linking the seemingly unrelated pieces of candidate's backgrounds into a clear through line. I first encountered MBA coaching when I was applying to matriculate as an MBA in 2019. At that time, I realized how important an MBA coach could be, not only for the specialized toolset and knowledge base, but also for the encouragement during a high pressure application process. Welcome! European, without a consulting or finance background, never been in the US, no Ivy League undergrad… I once thought joining Stanford GSB would be impossible. But by being strategic, resourceful, and persistent, I made it happen ! And now I want others to pursue the same path and made their dream happen ! That is why I am on Leland ! For over 12 years, I built a career in telecom across France, Spain, South Korea and Poland, leading large teams and managing multi-hundred-million-dollar businesses. On paper, I didn’t fit the “classic” MBA mold. Yet through careful storytelling, clear positioning, and a deep understanding of what schools truly value, I turned what seemed like weaknesses into my greatest strengths. My journey showed me that admissions success is about owning your story, showing your potential, and finding the right strategy to shine. Along the way, I’ve coached dozens of applicants, especially international students, helping them break through their doubts and land at the GSB. I've guided candidates through the full MBA admissions process for over 10 years — from school selection and application strategy through to essays, CV, letters of recommendation, and interview prep. Nearly all candidates who completed the full journey with me were admitted to their target school, including M7 programs (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, Booth, Kellogg, MIT Sloan) and top European schools (LBS, INSEAD, HEC Paris, Bocconi, IE, IESE, Cambridge, Oxford). As a BCG consultant with an engineering background, I bring a perspective that most admissions coaches don't have. I know what top employers actually look for in MBA graduates, which programmes open which doors, and how to position technical and STEM profiles for business schools — because I've done it myself. I hold an MBA from SDA Bocconi and Columbia Business School, and a mechanical engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Illinois, so I've navigated this transition firsthand, on both sides of the Atlantic.
