As Global Head of Content at On, I grew the team from 7 to 35 across three continents, won Digiday Best Brand Studio, and helped lead narrative through a $10B IPO. Now I coach marketing professionals who are excellent at execution but stuck when it comes to moving into senior leadership. At that level, the problem usually is not talent. It is translation. I spent over five years running paid media for some of the largest brands in retail, automotive, and financial services, including a $1B enterprise client at Rise Interactive and a $20M+ portfolio of 12 businesses at Creative Circle. I owned search engine performance for a Fortune 500 retailer that drove $1M in incremental revenue, and expanded shopping campaigns that delivered a 25% revenue lift during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Since then I earned my MBA at Kelley and joined McKinsey, where I advise Fortune 500 leaders on marketing strategy and organization design, including a marketing org redesign that identified $9 to 15M in annualized impact. I coach marketers on building channel strategy, proving ROI, managing agencies and client relationships, and making the move from execution to strategy and leadership.

At 23, I co-founded Utah’s largest vehicle wrap company. (Yes, that meant rolling up my sleeves in a male-dominated industry and wrapping my way to “Queen of Wraps” .) But here’s the truth: I didn’t fall in love with cars—I fell in love with turning ideas into empires. Now, I run Buy-Scale-Sell, where I help entrepreneurs do 3 things: 1️⃣ 𝗕𝗨𝗬 undervalued businesses (the kind others overlook). 2️⃣ 𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗘 them into cash-flow machines (no fluff, just systems). 3️⃣ 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟 on their terms (with a legacy that lasts). After 9 years leading teams in marketing, reaching millions of customers, my own career development has seen me move into coaching hundreds of people on navigating their next step in their marketing journey. I spent 8 years in brand marketing at Nestlé and Dreyer's Ice Cream, where I managed iconic (and delicious!) brands like Häagen-Dazs and Dreyer’s & Edy’s ice cream, among many others. Some of my most gratifying work at Nestle was helping to manage and develop my team - As much as I enjoy developing brands, I love developing future marketing leaders even more!
