AI for Your Business | What to Build, Buy, Automate—and Ignore

I’m the founder an AI consulting and implementation firm that helps businesses identify where AI can create real value and then builds the systems to make it happen. I work directly with business owners and teams to diagnose operational problems and turn the right opportunities into working agents, automations, applications, and integrated workflows. I’ve built and shipped AI systems across a variety of industries: • A vision AI tool that reduced quote times aerospace maintenance and repair • Automated sales and marketing outreach that's generated a millions in revenue pipeline • Lead intake, qualification, and responder agents in real estate, healthcare, and home services • System-wide agentic systems that span CRM, Project Management, and accounting • Model training for a music education technology startup I’ve also helped teams evaluate models, prototype new AI products, and turn ideas that started on a whiteboard into systems running in production. My perspective is also shaped by 15 years of helping organizations adopt new processes and technology. That’s why I tend to start with how the business actually works rather than with an AI tool. The technology matters, but the real test is whether the solution improves the business and whether the people doing the work actually use it.
