I’ve coached 300+ product managers, technical program managers, and technical leaders preparing for interviews at top technology companies. My coaching focuses on identifying what is actually holding you back — often things that are difficult to see yourself. Strong candidates usually don’t lack experience or interview frameworks. The gap is more often between what they intend to communicate and what the interviewer actually hears. I help identify those gaps quickly and give you specific, actionable ways to close them. I bring 25+ years of experience across product management, technical program management, consulting, engineering, and engineering leadership. I spent nine years at Amazon, where I became a Principal Product Manager - Technical and built AI driven products across advertising, fraud prevention, and Alexa. I also conducted 150+ live interviews and wrote technical assessments for promotion candidates. Combined with coaching since 2022, that experience gives me a broad view of what interviewers look for — and what separates a strong candidate on paper from one who demonstrates the hiring bar in the interview.
