Questions?

You can start chatting with Jeff before you get started.

I’ve coached 300+ product managers, technical program managers, and technical leaders preparing for interviews at top technology companies. My clients have secured offers at OpenAI, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Uber, DoorDash, TikTok, Rivian, Capital One, JP Morgan Chase, and more. My coaching focuses on identifying what is actually holding you back — often things that are difficult to see yourself. Strong candidates usually don’t lack experience or interview frameworks. The gap is more often between what they intend to communicate and what the interviewer actually hears. I help identify those gaps quickly and give you specific, actionable ways to close them. You can expect direct, personalized feedback — not scripts or generic frameworks. Depending on what I see, we may work on structure, depth, product judgment, technical thinking, storytelling, or how effectively your experience is coming through. My goal is for you to leave every session knowing exactly what is working, what isn’t, and what to change. I bring 25+ years of experience across product management, technical program management, consulting, engineering, and engineering leadership. I spent nine years at Amazon, where I became a Principal Product Manager - Technical and built AI driven products across advertising, fraud prevention, and Alexa. I also conducted 150+ live interviews and wrote technical assessments for promotion candidates. Combined with coaching since 2022, that experience gives me a broad view of what interviewers look for — and what separates a strong candidate on paper from one who demonstrates the hiring bar in the interview.

Why do I coach?

Even after launching Amazon products that yielded hundreds of millions in annualized revenue, the work I’m most proud of is helping people grow. I’m energized when my clients earn offers, transition into new roles, secure promotions, and upskill in their current roles. That progress is tangible and immediate in a way product wins often aren’t. At this stage of my career, I’m fortunate to be intentional about how I spend my time. I choose to coach as the way to do meaningful, impactful work.
